I’ve gone to the Starbucks since it’s opened. I travel for school and work quite a bit. So I’ve been to my Fair share of Starbucks. This Starbucks has got to be one of the best ones. My order is always correct. They have not messed it up one time. The drive-through is always very quick as well. And when you go inside, they’re very welcoming and all smiles. Although I enjoy supporting local coffee shops, I really love this Starbucks Because of the consistency of service, accuracy and deliciousness! Consistency is the best part. At least 6 girls standing behind the counter. All standing there. No one acknowledge us standing there waiting to order. A curly short blonde girl walked right past the counter asking her “boss” what she should do. Umm hello? Maybe take our order since we were standing there for a good 5 minutes. She did not say anything to us. I said hello and started our order. Zero conversation. Felt like we were a bother. Then we waited another 10 minutes until a coworker of hers asked if I was “Haley” (on my cup) because it still had not been started… horrible experience and the drinks were not even made correctly. I am NOT happy. Especially because I am on vacation and just wanted some good coffee.

Staff was proficient, friendly, and very attentive even after being served, they came to our table to check on us. Unlike any other Starbucks I’ve been to. The one in ocean springs stands out above all others ive been to and it’ll be hard to visit another location.

The workers a great. Very friendly but the wait time is crazy. I was stuck in one spot for over ten minutes (I only started keeping time once I had been sitting for a bit) and it’s not like I could have just left since the drive thru has no way to exit once in it so it was a 25-30 minute drive thru experience altogether. It’s just so disappointing cuz I’ll give this location a chance every few weeks and either the wait is ridiculous or the drink isn’t correctly made (I only get the one drink every time). I’ve debated for so long to leave a review since I’ve worked food service and I know how it can be but this Starbucks is always an issue .

11/13/25: Changed my rating from 2★ to 1★ after dealing with the manager today (short, blonde, glasses, you’ll know who I mean). I showed her a picture of the holiday drink I ordered, and instead of a normal, adult explanation, she snapped, “It’s just a cup.” Well, thanks for clearing that up, Gordon Ramsay of beverages.

Her tone could strip paint off walls, condescending, impatient, and dripping with “I’d rather be anywhere else.” If the district manager ever watched her in action, they’d probably start rewriting the training manual immediately.

It’s honestly no wonder the rest of the staff looked stressed leadership like that could turn a pep rally into a funeral. She was barking orders left and right, but not an ounce of warmth or professionalism in sight. When I tried to ask a question, she didn’t even let me finish before cutting me off with an incorrect assumption. Listening apparently isn’t part of “Customer Service 101” at this location.

If this is the person setting the tone, it explains a lot. The drink was what I ordered, but the real flavor of the day was disrespect with a hint of bitterness from a grumpy woman with a god complex and an attitude problem.

11/8/25 My sausage wrap looked like a pressed down broken pieced crunch wrap from taco bell, don’t know what that was about. Then before the rush I had ordered I was the last to get my drink by the time they had pushed everyone through the rush. I had to go up to the counter to ask about the drink and was met with a well it’s being made at another station. There’s absolutely zero way that it would take 12 minutes and having that amount of foot traffic pass through before that drink got made, also half the drink is already mixed, being cold brew. Ladies, next time your blowing smoke make sure it’s from a vape and not the words coming from your mouth. Do better, stop lying, stay focused, and don’t skip. 7brew wouldn’t make this mistake, why did you?

I go to this location probably more than I should due to it being close to my house and on my way to work. I always use the mobile app and order the same drink every time (Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso). The wait time is ridiculous and the drink never taste the same. Today it taste like watered down coffee. You are never greeted when coming in this location either. It’s just disappointing when you spend more money than you should on coffee and it is NEVER consistent.

Waited around 30 mins for 1 drink, wasnt going to leave a bad review but after I told the Barista that I was in a rush and somewhere to be he kinda got an attitude, like dude I’m paying for overpriced coffee for the convenience and I expect a proper service if I’m paying for it.
