I usually enjoy coming to this Starbucks. Most baristas I encounter here are very nice people! My experience today was not normal. I will say that they were very busy; I ordered only food (we just wanted a nice quick breakfast). We waited over fifteen minutes just to be given the wrong order. I immediately gave it back to the staff who simply said “oh ok”. They didn’t attempt to make it right. They took the food and went back to making orders. Again they were busy and I know what’s like to be in the food industry and feel rushed, but there wasn’t even an apology. We moved on and took the loss on the $10.
My other concern was the mess at the food station. It was messy and there was a cell phone on the surface where food was being prepped.
I’d like to chop this up to just a crazy busy day. I’m positive that people that live in the area have no problems with this Starbucks.

Definitely a five star here. I went in got my order didn’t mess up they were on top of it. And the people there, I didn’t get their names but I tell you, they were chill, amazing, super friendly, and most of all not pity mad, and they were not that busy. If you love pins ask for one just one lol and they will politely give you one . I recommend this Starbucks even those who are traveling . And also they gave me an extra drink just props to them best employee ever.

We attempted to stop at this location as we were passing through the city but it’s very difficult to get to. You can see the siren from the freeway but have to detour through other parking lots to get to it. Due to this, we had to turn back at the next street & pulled up right at 9pm. As I power-walked up to the door the male employee ran to the door to lock it. I asked very nicely if we could just please get two coffees & we’d give them a good tip, he argued they were closed. A woman who was sitting in her car walked up behind me & said “what do you want?” as she walked in the store. I wasn’t sure who she was but if she had the power to get us coffee, I’m following her! All the other employees were bickering about the store being closed but this angel barista just got busy making our two beverages. She heard them complaining & said “it’s okay, I work in the morning, I’ll finish whatever they can’t do tonight” & happily finished making our beverages. I didn’t get her name but she was driving an Audi sedan. Thanks angel barista for going above & beyond to serve us despite the poor attitude of the rest of your team. You are an asset to Starbucks!

I love Starbucks! Any time I want some good coffee or a Frappuccino I choose Starbucks. They have great sandwiches as well! I always come to this location, because they have great customer service and I’ve never had a problem with my orders. They have the best store manager and staff. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this location!

Everything was excellent today per usual, the staff was fast, my order was right, they got everything I ordered out in a timely manner even though they were semi busy. I got the Honey Citrus Mint Tea with 1 pump Peppermint Syrup with a warm message on the cup, a Cinnamon Pull Apart, And a Cranberry Bliss Bar for my husband, my daughter got her a Polar Bear Cake Pop and her favorite Vanilla Bean Crème Frappe with 1 Pump White Mocha and Heavy Cream(her Starbucks Milkshake as she calls it, as you can see she enjoyed it lol)

You can truly tell when management no longer cares, it’ll reflect through the workers. This location needs better management because it starts there. I continue to go because of convenience. You can tell that long as people comes that’s all that matters

It’s a Starbucks. Quality food and drinks….but this location has fantastic staff. They are super friendly and take extra care. It is however a pain to get in and out of there with a large truck.

Firstly, do not pull into this location if you have a trailer. This location is tucked into a corner and there is no turning around in their tiny parking lot or making it through their drive through.
Service was slow, it is a shame that some locations like this fall completely short of the experience one would expect from the chain. Owners/leadership should take a good look at what is happening at this location and fix it.

This Starbucks use to be so good about 3 years ago…now all I can say is…GO TO 7 brew .4 miles up the road. It’s sooooooooooo much better!!! Service, taste, coffee strength, and lattes are made so much better! This venti latte was suppose to be an iced latte…but as you can see there is very little ice in this cup.
