Good food, friendly service, but my gosh was it slow to get through the drive thru at 1:30 am. I measured and it took me 25 minutes total. It took at least 10 minutes just to get from the entrance to the speaker to place my order. The drive thru was full of cars but the line did not extend outside the drive thru area, and if they were processing cars at a normal speed there only would have been 1 or 2 in line.

Somehow this place always makes Jack seem good. It’s still meh food, but the staff is great and the manager must train them well. Always good service.

The manager and staff here are very dishonest. Left a cell phone on the counter while grabbing my food. It was last located here at the restaurant. After multiple calls to this restaurant they kept denying that they have the cell phone. And when I returned to look for it in the restaurant and talking to the manager he still denied having the cell phone. Then when telling him that we will have to go to the police he then went in the back and handed us back the cell phone.

Several tables were dirty. Nobody was in the front greeting. When they hand out the food, they just put it on the counter and walk away. Lady in the fryer, seemed like she was giving a break to someone who’s actually in the #4 position, was handling the hashbrowns with her gloved hand which she ysed to touch almost everything else. The lady who’s actually manning the fryer used her bare hands to grab eggrolls from the phc. Both ladies didnt use tongs.

I was asking questions on the phone number to see what the cheapest item on the menu was. Then said they don’t have time for my questions and then straight up hung up on me. I just wanted to order some food and that was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.

I went through the drive through and ordered egg rolls, lady was nice and was fast service, however a few minutes later when I started eating the food was cold. It was if they had been sitting out for awhile. I rarely go to jack in the box, but when I do I get the egg rolls and they are normally super hot and appear just cooked, nice and crunchy on the outside, this is the only place and time I have every had cold egg rolls. Was pretty disappointed as I rarely pickup fast food.
