I had an amazing experience here they have a huge lounge with more seating in the back area plus the food was so delicious when they gave me a cookie. It was all heated and it was gooey and delicious. They prioritize customers over monetization they’re one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever went to Starbucks are really small and are lacking a nice atmosphere, but this one filled all of the checkmarks. I would totally recommend going here.

Honestly, amazing staff and lovely atmosphere. However, the food, which I believe is not at the fault of the employees according to online posts, the breakfast wrap is so bland. However, I give the overall rating a 5 because I got a coffee and that’s exactly what I enjoyed. A nice coffee this morning.

They forget the sweetener in my London fog latte almost every time. It’s suppose to be automatically in the drink. I’m not asking for anything extra. When I asked about it, they said it was already in there. It wasn’t. I drink this drink every day. They ask for a tip for drive-thru. Update: They didn’t mix in the protein creamer properly, so it curdled immediately. Drink is ruined.

Dont order from here if you want a decent order or your moneys worth. Yes, everyone expects the expensive side of going to starbucks. But this place is ridiculous. Sandwhich was only bread and chocolate croissant was still frozen. But it was supposedly warmed up.

This is my second time going to the store and not being able to get my drink. If you’re looking for timely service, do not order here!! I placed my order ahead of time using the mobile app and it still was not ready. There’s no reason why placing an order 10 minutes ahead of time, the order is not ready and there’s 8 workers in there and only two people making the drinks!!!

Annie is THE absolute best. Came in this morning to pick up a mobile order and not only was the drive thru busy but it was packed inside. She was communicating with all the customer while worker her area. And when she was caught up she moved to the next station that was behind and helped! Amazing customer service!!! And the drink she made me what delicious.

The place needs a thorough cleaning, dusting and remodel. It takes forever to get a latte. Everyone is lackadaisical when it comes to getting the orders out. More talking less work. Floors were dirty.The sugar and cream station was dirty and needed to be restocked.

Today I ventured out to the Millington Starbucks on Red cup day, and they were so severely backed up, BUT the crew was busting their butts trying to handle the influx of orders with as much grace as possible. They made multiple announcements to let us know where they were in terms of order timing and what to expect with it being “Red Cup Day.” I hope the crew sees this and knows that they are appreciated and their hard work and diligence did not go unnoticed.
