Bathroom was dirty. Lady that took and gave me my order was rude. Placed my bag on the counter and just walked away. I did not get the chicken sandwich I ordered which states it comes with Swiss cheese and I specifically said Swiss cheeses I did not get Swiss I got American. I got two top buns as shown and onion rings mixed in my fries glad I’m not allergic. First and last time going but thought folks should know that food and service isn’t good.

I’m very disappointed with the way Burger King advertises its survey reward.
The receipt clearly promotes a “FREE Whopper,” which is what motivated me to take the survey and spend my time completing it. However, once you finish, the fine print reveals that the Whopper is only “free” if you purchase fries and a drink.
This is misleading and feels intentionally deceptive.
If something is not truly free, it should not be advertised as free. Customers should not have to read hidden conditions after investing their time. A company as large as Burger King should value transparency and honesty with its customers, not rely on wording that tricks people into thinking they’re receiving a real reward.
I’m leaving this review because I believe promotions should be clear, upfront, and honest, without requiring customers to dig through small print to discover the real cost. I hope Burger King revises this practice and treats customers with the transparency they deserve.

The fries were very hot and fresh, but unfortunately also very bland. Disappointed with the size of my “whopper” . It truly is no longer what it used to be and now is the size of a regular hamburger. Can’t say I’ll be back soon.

This is the location you need to go to. Food is hot and fresh so there will be a little wait. We’re friendly with with the day and evening staff. Brought them doughnuts from Long’s as a thank you.

If you’re looking for something cheap and filling later in the day, the Chicken Jr. Sandwich is “currently” $1.59 for 440 calories. And $1 can get you 320 calories in chocolate chip cookies.
I liked the Breakfast Burrito Jr., when it was on the Value Menu. (Sausage, hash browns and cheese, wrapped with a burrito tortilla.) But it’s no longer “on sale.”
Picante sauce is more like sweet and sour sauce imo.
This location has been clean, including a bathroom; and service has been good for me.

The food was great!! It was the best Burger King we’ve had in a while. The food was good and it was hot.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Jahniyah for her amazing drive-thru service! She’s always so kind, welcoming, and professional. Not only does she manage her time really well and keep everything running smoothly, but she also treats every customer with genuine respect and friendliness.
Even when it’s busy, she stays calm and makes sure the line moves quickly without sacrificing accuracy or customer care. Her kindness and positive attitude truly make a difference and turn a regular drive-thru stop into a great experience.
