My wife ordered a drink tonight that was free for her birthday but it was much stronger than she anticipated . No fault of the Baristas, it’s just the way the drink was. When she went back in and told them they gladly made her something else for free. Very nice of them.

Really impressed with the layout of this place!
The atmosphere and cleanliness is impeccable! The restrooms are spick and span and the service is fast.
Indoor seating is not allowed due to Covid. However, they have outdoor seating.
I got the Vanilla cream cold brew and it was delicious. I got my sweetness levels customized as I don’t like sweeter side drinks.
They have a huge parking but when there are lot of cars for drive-thru then taking your car out from might get tricky. We experienced this difficulty. So, be smart about the parking.

Great service and quality drinks…but the absolute worst thought out parking lot/drive through design I’ve ever seen. If you park to go inside, you might as well set up camp…you aren’t getting out…at least during a rush.

Every time I come in, the order is wrong. I like to order no foam or whip so I get a little more coffee for the price. See photos. Last time I ordered a pumpkin latte and got a cinnamon latte. Unless you have time to wait for them to fix it every time, go to the next Starbucks.

You always need to ask for your bread items from any starbucks in the wrapper, they are almost always out of date and I asked if it was in date and he said they just checked last night, good customer service, but they’re selling us expired food products.

I was there to buy Teacher Appreciation gift cards. I not only got giftcards, but very pleased to receive the cups to put them in. I put the tissue paper in the cups and added a tag to make the best presentation of a Starbucks gift card EVER!!! As with most locations, the batistas were very friendly and helpful!

Must have been the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks (Saturday May 31 2025) All of the women working here hated their job, lol. They were all miserable, unfriendly, not a smile on their faces. I ordered to go and left as soon as I could, haha, I felt bad for even ordering anything.
