I loved this place until i came a sunday night and brought my family for celebration, the food is amazing and yummy. we come for the happy hour 9pm-11pm. I came and even though it is advertised on all table tents, the server avoided giving it for happy hour price, until we asked for management. The server experience was great at the end. And food still amazing as always. And def enjoyed our celebration happy hour. (:

I am honestly very disappointed with the food here. It looked so incredible. The pictures look exactly like the food does when it comes out. The issue is, the flavor of the food is lacking and in some cases aren’t repairable. I ordered a personal pizza and a loaded mac and cheese dish. Cheese is supposed to be salty, but honestly as beautiful as it looked it lacked salt completely and flavor. It was so disappointing because I LOVE pizza and it looked beautiful. I compensated this issue by using the sauces that they brought over. Personally I loved the cilantro sauce mix. The other dish ( the loaded mac and cheese with chicken and bacon also completely lacked flavor and salt. Unfortunately it was not repairable, the noodles were so soggy it was almost mushy. I wanted so badly to eat this dish. It looked so beautiful, but I couldn’t. It lacked flavor and the base and most important part of the dish was mushy. I really wish these things were not the case, I would have loved to eat those dishes in better form, but I guess I’ll have to consider it a great concept and hope one day I find a good version.

We ordered a basket of fries, pepperoni pizza, and the Cuban egg rolls. Food was hot and flavorful. Pizza was tasty – really impressed with the cup and char pepperoni! The Cuban egg roll was great. Different take on classic flavors. The egg roll rapper was crisp and I loved the dijon mustard drizzle! Overall it was a pleasant lunch. The pizza was slightly too cheesy and ate very heavy, also the fries were excellent but for $5, I don’t think we even received a whole, single potato worth of fries, that’s why we gave it a 4.

Came here with my family on a Saturday for lunch. The place is easy to miss because of it’s location in the shopping center and the fact that it’s not listed on the big sign for the shopping center. Don’t miss it though because this place is wonderful! The food is delicious and, while I came here for the pizza, I was surprised to find that I was more impressed with their twist on a variety of other Latin food more so than the pizza. Example: love their croquetas. We also were happy to discover that they offer mimosas in different flavors. The young lady who served us took great care of us and was very kind. Overall l love this spot and highly recommend it.

Came for the first time on a Sunday afternoon for lunch and it was not busy at all. Our server was professional and attentive. This location is small so be aware if going in a big group. They had good music playing but not to loud and it was bright and inviting inside.

We order a cheese personal pizza for the kids which it was made to order and had a nice cheese pull. Kid loved it.

The vaca frita bao buns were really delicious and unique.

For entree we order a vaca frita pizza and the frita sliders. Both meals were good, however I feel the vaca frita it self was a bit over cooked , but that just my opinion.

I would recommend to try. It’s a very unique restaurant with a lot of interesting options.

We are visiting the Miami area and dropped by Casa 305 for a late lunch/early dinner. I guess the best way for me to describe the food of this place is Cuban-Italian fusion. We ordered several entrees and sampled them all around the table. The meatballs in the meatball sub were seasoned perfectly and very tasty. The brisket lasagna was interesting. I’ve never had brisket in lasagna, have you? The guava lava burger features guava slices and a guava lava sauce. But the favorite of everyone at our table was the vaca frita pizza, a very cheesy pizza topped with deliciously seasoned shredded beef. It was fantastic! We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the pride they put into crafting such creative and delicious dishes.

The best thing was the service, Alejandro, our server was really attentive and charismatic. As for the food some of the items were really good such as the manchego croquetas, masitas, guava lava hamburger and the fries; we also order two personal pizzas (hawaiian and chorizo) they were not good at all, the dough needs more work, the mix between the cheese and the topings was not good it was salty, not different flavors, just salty. The place is not cheap, theres many extra charges, for two people we paid more than $80 before gratuity. The place is a little too dim. Overall the place is alright, but they need to work on their specialty; pizzas.

Omggggg! This place is amazing. We came across them on Instagram and we didn’t realize it was a hour drive for us but it was well worth the drive. Our initial plan was to order a few entrees to share and that’s what we did. The truffle yuca bites, loaded chicken croquettes, brisket lasagna and 3 personal pizzas was our choices; all were incredible. I also want to highlight the customer service, from the moment we stepped in everyone was super warm and welcoming. I would most definitely recommend Casa 305.

Excellent food! We savored the delicious guava burger and vaca frita sandwich. The milkshakes were both refreshing and delightful. Can’t wait to return for more mouthwatering options!

Croquetas, maduros wrapped in bacon, yucas where decent. I had the guava burger. My fam really liked the meat, to me it tasted like the meat from Rey de la fritas. It wasn’t bad just not amazing. Needs more guava. I got a taste of their Hawaiian pizza, vaca frita sandwhich and masita bao bun they were all ok. I’d prefer my burger over all the others. Good service. The mango juice sucked though. No bueno. 4 adults, 4 meals, 3 appetizers, 2 juices. $110 with tip.
