Our order was correct and we only waited about 10 minutes. I felt that the length of time was a little long since they had several people working. There were only a few customers inside but the drive thru line was very busy. The staff was friendly and did tell us when we ordered that it would be a 10-15 min wait, which was accurate.

I liked the building, looks nice. Staff seemed friendly for the most part. Now, in the photo I’ve included, this store sets out customer and mobile orders on the shelf, but when I come to do my job as a dasher I have to prove it’s mine? It’s the world’s latest discrimination, and 99% of the Starbucks I’ve picked up at have it ready and waiting for me on the counter. As someone who travels frequently, please do better!

I love Starbucks because it’s always consistent, no matter where you go, you know what to expect. I placed a mobile order through the app and walked in just as they were making my drink. The staff was super friendly and welcoming.
The store was clean and well-organized, and their cup display was fully stocked, which made me so happy since I collect Starbucks cups! Even better, they had some on sale, and I love finding deals on new additions for my collection. Great experience all around, as always!

Ordered green tea latte easy ice there’s next to no green tea ice coming out the top utterly disgusting and disappointing since nobody else has matcha around. While mid order they started working on the person at the window and snapped at us I’m helping the window now . Ok well if you were paying attention to the order you’re taking it might of been right

I have NEVER waited in line this long for coffee. Visiting from Houston one of the busiest cities and I have never seen this bad of customer service. You would think a busy tourist place would learn how to quickly take orders. When getting to the window there were no customers inside. So idk what the holdup was

After one drink and food were brought out. It took over 20 min!!! I stopped counting after that to get the last drink. Thas after the 15min wait for the the first part. Only thing they have going are respectful employees.

They got my order correct, and they also got the wife’s order correct. Mine would not have been a big deal, doubt that I would have even mentioned it. But if you get the wife’s order wrong, well that’s not good. That’s a day changer. Got correct change back also. What else can a married man ask for, life is good.

During out visit, this Starbucks did not meet expectations on what you would typically expect visiting the coffee house.
It seems this is a popular location even at 11 am. Many patrons considered m crowded the entry inside as well as the drive through. Yet very free chairs inside to sit considering they had so many people. I did noticed chairs outside however, during the winter it can be a bit chilly especially when there are no outside heaters. Purchased a breakfast burrito and with although the burrito seemed a warm to the touch, it was still frozen inside. The basic coffee seemed to be the only product on point. I over heared some specialized drink orders couldn’t be made because they were missing ingredients like whip cream or strawberries. Furthermore, the trash cans were filled.
The only positive side were the employees within this morning. They still had a smile on their face and although it seemed like they were over burredened I with the amount of visitors, attempted to acknowledge all the customers as they came in. When we approached I’ve of them regarding our frozen burrito, they attempted to rectify the situation.
