I stop in here almost daily. The barristas here are absolutely phenomenal! I pull up to order and they say “Hey Kimberly, your drink is ready!” Then they will leave notes on my cup. They go above and beyond to make you feel special.
I have never had an issue with my drinks or the staff.

Went here this morning to treat myself to a coffee. I have gotten the same thing for years. Well today when I ordered they decided to completely ignore the fact I asked for oatmilk. So there was no cream or milk in the coffee just syrup and classic syrup. That coffee tasted awful. So after spending $8.41 on coffee I went home and threw the whole thing away! I won’t be going back here for coffee for a very long time since they don’t know how to listen to their customers. Also when I got to the window the girl completely ignored me for 5 min even though she had my coffee right beside her. Completely unprofessional. I used to love Starbucks but this one I won’t go back to. Maybe I need to travel back to the exit 7 one since they always did a great job and cared about their customers

Why do they even have marks on the cups? They add flavoring and cream when making my iced coffee and then pour the coffee to the fill line, then add ice. How many freaking ounces of coffee are you actually shorting me with this practice? Why don’t the baristas build my drink the same way? I alway order a trenta iced coffee. Sometimes it comes with 5 pumps of flavoring sometimes it comes with 7 pumps like it’s supposed to. Do I have to call it or every time they do my drink wrong? Why can’t we get some consistency with such a simple drink? They didn’t even fill my cup today!

Very nice Starbucks walking in, however I give one star due to the unprofessional ability to solve problems and how I had to buy my own cup to get my coffee. Which was the price of another coffee. We are driving 16 hrs through town, stopped in for a coffee. They somehow ran out of lids for grande and venti cups. We ordered several grande coffees and they tried to give us the equal amount in “talls”. I asked if I could have the cup without the lid, that was a no. I then asked if I got my own cup for them to make it if they would make it in that since we are traveling. We don’t have enough space to put 4-6 talls in our car, let alone I would rather not divide up my coffee. They went ahead and made it anyway after I had already said no, so off to the side I had to buy my own travel cup, and pour my own coffee to make it fit. I ended up wasting it because it wouldn’t fit. Only one employee was even moderately apologetic. I am very disappointed in Starbucks as I am paying high dollar for coffee and good service. I chose Starbucks for the high quality and did not get it.

This was a disappointing experience. There was a big pile of boxes in the dining area. There is no glass cabinet to see what they offered for food, I was just told they offer ‘all the usual’ items. Gee thanks. Ordered iced coffee and blueberry muffin. Muffin was small but tasty and the coffee was good. No napkin was given or offered, even when I asked. I think this place has plenty of potential but needs to step up their game.

Just passing through staying at a nearby hotel, but I wish this was my regular Starbucks. I was first customer in the door when they opened, getting our coffees before getting in the highway, and the three young ladies working this morning were just delightful. So courteous and friendly, and energetic even at 5:30 a.m.! They surely got my day off to a wonderful start and I am certain they brighten everyone’s day throughout their shift.
Skip the lousy breakfast and coffee at your hotel … come here! Money well spent.

Absolute most terrible Starbucks. I’ve placed multiple orders on app which takes 35 minutes. Employees just sit and talk with no respect or consideration for customers waiting. This particular time I ordered 2 venti drinks. After waiting 30 minutes my husband asked for an update and they were out of venti cups. As you can clearly tell from the photo (the two with whipped cream supposedly made ONE venti Carmel Brûlée iced latte) they were made INCORRECTLY. One looks as dark as black coffee the other like milk. It’s sad when you wait that long, pay for coffee and service is terrible you can’t even get what you pay for or an apology.

This location is hands down the best Starbucks I’ve visited. Pictured here is the Brown Sugar Almond Milk Shaken Espresso, as well as the Mango Dragon Fruit Refresher. I love their refreshers because they’re light and refreshing! The shaken espresso drink originally comes with oat milk, but I get almond instead. I definitely recommend this Starbucks location over any other. ☺️
