Dismissive and rude, two times in a row, and it was back to back. I had a promotion in my app that required the store to press the number in, the very dismissive manager, was irritated with me and kept saying, we can just use your points and you can call Corporate and speak with them regarding your coupon not working That’s I expressed to him, but coupon work he just isn’t putting it in right. After about 22 minutes of sitting in the line, an additional eight minutes in the drive-through window, talking to him about my coupon in my app, he Decided to let me know, if they’ve had updates in their system and that they don’t have the ability to enter in code codes anymore ♀️ Then he asked me again that I want to use my points, and I told him no, and instead of him giving me my drink because it was their fault that they couldn’t process my app request, he told me to reach out to Corporate and the number is online, he Tell me to have a Good Night, and then he shut the drive-through window and start working on other people’s orders, SMH These Starbucks are not as pleasant and is welcoming as they used to be, I called the area supervisor and left a voicemail, it’s been four days and she has yet to call me back. Her card is in the store with her information on it, so You would think she would be more prompt with trying to handle issues with her store. I called her in the parking lot left her a voicemail and you know the rest. I usually I’ve had great experiences in the past with this store, but these past four days I visited twice and both times the drive-through employees were horrible. One of the guys was the manager I think his name is Brandon or something, and the other little guy that I seen last night, is even worse,smh Last night, when I went, the guy in the drive-through kept yelling for me to pull my car up so that he could hear me in the microphone, but I kept yelling to him that the cars in front of me wouldn’t allow me to go up any because the drive-through was packed, Once I got up to the Speaker, I told him my order, and he was frustrated with me because it took so long for me to get up to the speaker ♀️ Once I got to the window, he gave me my drink Hot when I had requested At the speaker, for it to be iced. When I told him that, he looked at me and said YOU WANTED IT ICE When I said, yes, he took it out of my hand, and was talking to the people in the store working with him about how I wanted it iced instead of hot in a real aggressive and mad/irritated Voice…. I will never understand why people choose these kind of jobs when they know their personality is not meant to deal with the public. No one told them to fill out these applications for these jobs, so they don’t need to take it out on us because they’re upset at the type of environment they chose to work in.

Said that they opened at 4:30 am. I wait more than 30 minutes for them to open. In the process of them opening when I got there, there was 2 workers waiting in their cars for another woker to get there and when he did they all went in. So after a few minute I pulled to the drive thru. While I sat there waiting still in line the car in front of me got tired of waiting so I pulled up some. Few more minutes went by the behind me I see a car drive over the curb to get out of the drive thru line then another car did the same thing by then it’s 10 minutes after 5 so I finally got tired of waiting and I left and went to Drunken Donut. But all that way crazy, I don’t know if the other workers didn’t have keys to get in but that might be a thought to give everyone keys…. Um……cause they lost money this morning.

I been order this drink for very long time and I have no problem till this morning. when i ordered from this location. every time i come to this location i have problem with my drink. today when i ordered the drink after almost 15-20 minute of waiting, i got my drink with out Extra sweet cream when i asked to fill the cup to the top with sweet cream, the employee said i have to charge you extra for it, i told her i already paid for extra sweet cream, i show her the order in app, she said i can’t do it, she tried to charge me twice for extra sweet cream. bad experience. very poor customer service.

this place needs shut down. I’ve tried multiple times to order here and each time I’ve waited no less than 30minutes and it wasn’t even busy or rush hour. Most people in town go all the way south to the other location and somehow they are slammed all the time, but keep things moving and orders are always correct.

I love the Sam Ridley Starbies! I always get a Venti Pink Drink with heavy cream instead of coconut milk. They’ve gotten to where they know me so well, I even accidentally threw them off one day when I chose in store pick up instead of drive through and they had my drink waiting at the drive through for me. If I’ve ever had an issue they immediately have remedied it and the staff is always friendly and courteous.

So because I’m disabled I Love the Ease of The ramp & The Handicapable table. I can actually go to Starbucks only once a month rn, let’s just say that my purse and everything was going it was bad and I was in the hospital 4 2 weeks. I by the incident as well as the fresh bean I have tried every single Starbucks Blendz that there ever has been & I use it in my Cosmetic products. I tried to call Starbucks explaining the situation of someone taking my Purse, all the points that I’ve been saving up over $2,000 points gone. I was very disappointed that the gentleman asked me to send in every receipt to regain my points. Police report and all it did not matter. I wasn’t even offered any coupons or anything, This Doesn’t reflect on the Starbucks here,. A great place, Clean, Friendly, Quick & in & out. If u like to work while drinking your Starbucks happiness in a Cup then it’s a good place for that & outside seating as well. I don’t know if I will continue to use Starbucks I definitely won’t be buying as much and possibly looking around at other coffee makers..

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited. Dirty. Immediately greeted with it will be at least 20 minutes for a drink. Seriously? There’s 5 people in the lobby and five cars in drive thru. This place needs some serious help or to just be closed. Clearly the people here are not properly trained. Clean the lobby and restrooms. Train the personnel on how to make beverages like every other Starbucks in the world. Menu not even displayed. Get a grip folks. Starbucks is supposed to be fast and efficient

It’s a drastic drop off from what it used to be as someone who got into fast coffee from Starbucks. Locations are dramatically inconsistent, some have better quality for the same products. Most of the staff seems to hate it there, I just can’t go back.
