It’s a normal Starbucks. That atmosphere was busy with people coming and going. But if you’re focused it’s a good place to do work. The music is not all that loud and if you can handle the noise that is there, it could be a good place to invite friends to chat.

The barista wasn’t really paying attention to what she was doing. I was expecting my drink with 2% milk, they gave me a cup with just milk. With four staff members behind the counter, it still took over 10 minutes to prepare just two drinks—and they all seemed completely lost.

It’s a Starbucks. Same as all the other ones in terms of the food and coffee. This store has more ample seating than other locations though which is nice. However, I tried to sit on the patio one day to enjoy the outside vibes and the music was BLASTING out of the speaker out there. Wayyyyyy too much to enjoy the birds chirping. Better off sitting inside or going home.

This is one of the busiest Starbucks in the area especially in the morning and the employees work very hard. They don’t get a lot of respect from the customers and I know that has to be hard but I’m here to say y’all do a GREAT job! Kids wanting drinks before school, people wanting a coffee before work and delivery drivers wanting their orders too! Somehow they make it work even when they are short staffed. Let’s cut them a break and understand that they can’t make 100 drinks (1/2 of them customized) and get everyone out at the same time. They are doing their best and I APPRECIATE THEM!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Ordered something that they were out of, so I left. While driving away, the cashier ran to tell me they would have the item in less than 2 hours. It was 14 degrees and she didn’t have to do it. She cares about customer service and I really appreciated her efforts.

I have sleeve tattoos but also have multiple business degrees one in accounting and my MBA. I am a professional that works in the area and I’m courteous and polite too. I work for a large company not far from this location. To be judged based off appearance in 2025 is crazy, especially from the barista imo.
It’s unacceptable and to make it worse, the people in this area are entitled. It’s obvious. So when I spoke up to point out that I was being singled out, customers were rude to me and then left through the side door so they could stand blocking my vehicle because I was being “rude”. He said to me “don’t go around being a jerk”. Okay dude. Good talk.
Yeah I’m a jerk, because the barista took one look at me and grabbed the bag to make sure I wasn’t stealing it.
Makes no a sense.
So you tell me ♂️
Won’t be back.

Sorry but I don’t know how this place got a 4.3 average. Maybe we caught them on a bad day, but there were too many issues for it to be a fluke.
As we entered they were dealing with a crisis where someone had left something in the oven for ages and it had burned. The barista yelled out how dangerous it was.
Then I had to repeat my drink several times – she didn’t seem to be focused or listening. We then asked for my partners’ drink but they were all sold out. Then he asked for a pastry but she laughed and said they were sold out of those too.
Ended up waiting for about 25 minutes for an iced drink and a water. It was NOT busy in the cafe, there were only two people ahead of us. I guess the drive thru was more than they could handle.

Got a brown shaken expresso with vanilla cold foam and they added a small glob and I tried swirling it to see if it went to the bottom but no. Mind you I’m paying 1.25 extra for that.
