Got my order wrong twice in a row. I was shorted several items the second time around that I paid for. Finally just gave up after the second time the order was screwed up in one night. Will definitely not return here. Braum’s is way better and a whole lot cheaper anyways.

Visited Dairy Queen this evening for dinner. Decided to get an order of the buffalo chicken strips and fries as well as the spicy strip meal with fried jalapeno strips.
The wait was definitely longer than I expected as there were only 1-2 other tables occupied and they had already been served. When we did get our food one of the meals was correct but the other one that was supposed to be the buffalo was just plain ole chicken fingers. They did take them to the back and lightly toss them around in some sauce. The sauce was cold making the chicken batter just wet and cold.
Overall it was still enjoyable and we got full. Just not what I would have thought as far as cleanliness and service for being a newer location.

Ordered hotdog and hungerbuster combo through the drive thru nothing special was asked to pull over to parking one. It took over 10 minutes to get our food and we had to go ask how much longer it would take. Food was sitting in a bag under warmer and never brought out.

Went for first time. Simple order Large fries large drink. Fries were cold. It taste like they’ve been sitting there for quite some time. I asked him to be well done not even close. Definitely not a good experience at all. Don’t think I’ll be going back to that location.

Somehow, I had to wait an extended amount of time in the Drive-Thru that they did not dare to turn upside down because it was clearly already melted.
It was easier to just take the worst blizzard I’ve ever been presented in my life.
Pulled into a parking spot right after the drive-thru to take the photo. I guess I just drink it now. I don’t feel myself ever going to a Dairy Queen again.

I attempted to place an order for a custom ice cream cake in-store, as the location’s website clearly states that such orders are available in-store only. The cashier appeared unfamiliar with my request and consulted a manager regarding whether they could make cakes. The manager then instructed him to tell me to visit another location, explaining that they did not want to fulfill the order. I found this interaction to be highly unprofessional.

This Dairy Queen is my absolute go-to, and for good reason! After visiting countless DQs nationwide, this one consistently delivers an outstanding experience. The staff is always so friendly and remarkably quick, and I’ve never had them mess up an order—a huge plus! What really sets this location apart is the clean, welcoming atmosphere inside; you can tell the team genuinely enjoys being there. Even with a closer Dairy Queen, I happily make the extra drive to this location every time.

This location seems to be very poorly managed. They need more workers in the store, the employees were helpful but completely overwhelmed and the manager did nothing. Food was not great and the chaos made the service and atmosphere bad as well
