I recently visited this Starbucks and tried their Double Chocolaty Chip Cream Frappuccino, which was absolutely delightful with a rich, chocolaty flavor that really satisfied my sweet tooth However, while the drink itself was a hit, I felt that the in-store service could have been better. It seemed like they were not as attentive to customers inside the store as they could have been. Despite this, the delicious drink almost made up for the oversight. Would recommend for the beverage, but a little more attention to service would make it perfect!

It was dirty. Trash everywhere, and the young lady who made my drinks changed her attitude up when I didn’t tip her. Kinda messed up. I tip table service or above and beyond service. Not making a drink off a card or receipt. That’s just part of your job. You have to do that tip or not. It’s actually ridiculous to prompt a tip automatically on the card reader. Im gonna start embarrassing people when that happens. When it asks, im gonna say very loudly, “No one here has done anything to get a tip,” but I do not look at or acknowledge anyone. Be the change you wish to see is what they say.

Partly our fault because it was a game weekend, but super crazy busy, a 20 to 30 minute wait on a simple drink. Not a good place to meet just because it’s so stinking busy.
That said, the staff was very polite and I’d be willing to go back on a non -game day

Great place, great staff, great drinks. I went inside to order and had my frappacino right away. It can get very busy here and the drive through cars circle the building and block the parking by the door. They have blocked off the parking there for that reason I assume. But then Starbucks always have weird parking lots.

Stopped by here on my way to work before 5am. They literally had be in line over 20 min becaise the car in front of me had a large mobile order. Next time, ask that car to move up to wait instead of inconvenience everyone else waiting. I had to leave without my drink and was late to work. Very dissappointed!

Extremely slow today. The cashier did not smile at all. Seemed a bit annoyed and made me uncomfortable. My food was not good at all either. Actually kinda burnt. I ordered the sausage bacon egg wrap. And a brown sugar shaken espresso. Not happy with my service at all!

It’s the employees that make this Starbucks special! We were greeted so warmly and nicely when we arrived! I wish we lived closer so this could be my neighborhood Starbucks! Drinks were perfect as always and it’s clean and costly inside. No issue finding parking and the drive through moved fast as well
