waited in line for 6 minutes for a grande nitro, nothing added. half the drink is foam. all you have to do is tilt the cup there should never be this much foam, barely any cold brew under this foam. i’m usually not picky about my coffee but my day is genuinely ruined. important reminder to support local coffee houses. never going back to starbucks.

The lady at the store messed up my order today. I was picking up three iced coffees for my team early in the morning, and I order it the same way every time-other days have always been fine. But today she got it wrong and didn’t even offer to fix it. I ended up having to pour hot coffee over ice just to take it for my team. I was really disappointed, this isn’t the level of service customers deserve.

12/22/ 25 – I usually come to this location 3 times out of the week for breakfast. The last time I came I brought my family and ordered to pay for their frappes I spent about 25 dollars on drinks . I sat patiently at the back of the building at the machine for a response for about 6 mins . After I waited I drove around to see if I could be served . The young lady at the drive thru window had a horrible attitude about how I should have been at the back of the building to order not at her window . She was a very small Caucasian lady with brown hair . I will not spend my money or time with this location again just because of my experience with her .

I do not recommend the frappacinos, I asked for extra espresso in my Peppermint Mocha Frappacino, it had zero coffee taste. Maybe the lattes, hot coffee, and iced coffees are better. I always order the same types of drinks around the holiday season, either Cream Brulet or Peppermint Mocha, this is the second frappacino I purchased from this location, both were very bland, had no taste, which is a shame for what I paid. I think I will stick to gas station coffee from now on, at least I know what I am getting for half the price.

Normally I wouldn’t complain on this site, but this time I have too. I come here pretty much four or five times a week. 4:30am. This is the third time in a row my order is not consistent. I been getting the peacan crunch latte.(Iced ).
1. Didn’t taste like peacan only the peacan crunch flakes on top of the foam.
2. It was half of foam and little coffee
3. And today it tasted awful. Didn’t drink it.
I’m just going to go to another coffee shop for now.

This Starbucks is on my way to work. I usually go through the drive through during the week around 1000 or 1015. It never fails there is a line around the building and even after you order is taken at a minimum of 20 + minutes to get the window only to be told they are making your drink now. They are in no hurry and always say they don’t have enough employees on duty. I have decided as of to day to drive over to Dauphin Street and go to Yellow Hammer, even though it a little out of the way they are fast. I can still waste less time than Starbucks and make it to work early or on time. For the Price Starbucks charges they can afford to hire people. They don’t care what you think and are rude

The employees here were super friendly and professional and even let me know when they began working on my order. They were busy but quick! There’s lots of seating and the store and bathrooms were clean and well kept. Great place, just what you hope for when you stop for coffee!
