Everything was LUSH! The owner, Sophia, is so lovely, friendly and inviting! We wanted to try everything, but we sufficed with crepe, falafel, dubai chocolate strawberries, matcha, and some groceries – including Turkish delight and rose water to take home. Plenty of seating, clean and pleasant vibes. I’m definitely coming back here ASAP because there’s at least 6 other dishes I need to try. Oh, and they have the Toblerone ice cream!!!!

That falafel though…..yum!

I went in for a change of scenery because I work from home. This was the perfect choice! I had coffee, a muffin and WiFi The coffee……. Was SOOO GOOD. I drink ALOT of coffee and have been to just about every place you can get coffee. From the RaceTrac on Delaware on to PJs and Starbucks. It tastes like when my grandma would sneak me coffee as a kid and even with all the sugar and cream it was strong but in a good way. No bitter taste just very high quality coffee. Muffin was the perfect compliment.

Will definitely be back

I don’t know why I haven’t written a review sooner, I adore this place! I’ve tried a ton of their food and sweets, they offer a wide array of middle eastern treats and food like Dubai themed items and Shwarma; but they also have plenty of other trendy items like the Japanese fruit ice cream, frozen fruit cakes, cake pops, and many more. I can’t go in without getting their Sahara Latte though, I love it so much I get their biggest size every time! If all this wasn’t good enough they also have sandwiches and wraps that you can customize yourself. Don’t even get me started on the staff, they remember my order every time and they always greet me and my boyfriend with such a warm welcome! They are a lovely group of people that make their customers feel like family (and gain a few extra pounds due to the amazing Dubai chocolate and cakes)

Very pleasant atmosphere. Staff are super nice and attentive. Able to offer suggestions that all turned out to be delicious. The owner even waited on our table and was very friendly and personable. All the food was great, but the Dubai strawberries are a must have! They even have recliners to relax in while your drinking coffee or waiting for orders.

Had breakfast with my mom here today and we LOVED everything about it. The owner waited and served us herself which brought a very homey feel to the place. We tried many different things and could not have been more pleased. The Dubai Chocolate Strawberies were the star of the show however my Dubai Latte was an absolute treasure! The atmosphere, the staff, the aesthetic, the culture, and the traditional cuisine brings a very nice addition to our little corner of the world. This is a must try spot and we will be coming back!

A hidden gem in McComb that’s absolutely worth the stop. The food is fresh and flavorful, with authentic touches like perfectly seasoned za’atar that set it apart from the anything you can find in the area. The coffee selection is extensive, offering something for every taste, and each cup is clearly crafted with care. What truly stood out was the owner’s genuine dedication to customer service; attentive, engaging, and focused on creating a great experience for every guest. For those in the McComb area looking to try something new, Sahara Brew is a refreshing change of pace and well worth a visit. It’s a spot that may just become your morning habit. I’ll make it a point to stop in anytime I’m passing through.

It’s the best coffee shop I’ve been to! With authentic cuisine, a wonderful atmosphere, and absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable staff, Sahara Brew makes for a perfect stop!
Better drinks than Starbucks, smiling staff that are passionate about what they create, and delicious foods that are absolutely authentic to their culture, the wonderful ladies at Sahara Brew go out of their way to make you feel at home while letting you sample the best of the best! 10/10 will be returning again.

Great experience from the moment we walked in! We bought the Dubai chocolate covered strawberries and a Sahara latte I believe it’s called. They are both fantastic. My husband is a coffee lover, I’m not. I tried his drink and it was insanely delicious. The owner is so kind and gave us each a date covered in her pistachio sauce and chocolate, stuffed with the crispy phyllo dough. Cant recommend this enough. Cant wait to come back!

Sahara Brew – A Global Dessert Stop on the Way to New Orleans

On our way to New Orleans, we discovered Sahara Brew while looking for a coffee spot — but what we found was a true paradise for anyone with a sweet tooth. This place offers an incredible array of international desserts: Turkish delights, Japanese mochi ice cream, Dubai-style chocolates, honeycomb cakes, and many other unique sweets from around the world.

The owner travels extensively, gathering ideas and inspiration for desserts, then brings them to life here in her café. It’s more than just a coffee stop — it’s a curated tasting experience of global comfort sweets.

The coffee is excellent. We had ground cappuccinos with salmon milk (a unique and well-balanced choice), and everything was made with care. The space is large and airy, and the seating is worth mentioning — the chairs are soft and recline slightly, adding to the cozy feel. The tables and layout resemble a modern café, with a stylish and relaxing vibe.

The staff are friendly, and the whole experience feels thoughtful and warm. If you’re passing through this town, stop by and enjoy something new. This is a gem worth detouring for.
