I don’t usually go to Starbucks. I prefer to support local rather than corporate. However, I had a gift card. Let me tell you, this place is awesome! Everything was so clean. I’ve never experienced such nice and accommodating people. I do have a. Caffeine sensitivity. If it weren’t for that I’d probably be there every morning. My son and I shared a Frappuccino. It was so good and not too sweet. My 12 year old son is so picky. But he’s been talking about it since. We will definitely be going back.

This Starbucks location is always consistent with service and quality; it’s the best Starbucks I have been to and the most consistent. In fact, I stopped going to Starbucks for a long time because I could never get a consistent drink, but tried this location once and have been back almost weekly ever since. One of the things I love about this store is that they almost always write a nice little note or draw a happy face on your cup… this has really brightened my day on several occasions. My son had a rough day at school a couple of weeks ago and we stopped here when I picked him up; someone had drawn a face and written a message on his cup and it changed his whole mood, which as a mom, was awesome to see.

I have noticed that when I order in the app sometimes it says that they are out of a couple of drinks that I like to order. However when I go in they have them. The OWA location is typically slower with customers so it’s a lot faster here to pick up a drink. The location is also user friendly for you to do a fast pick up and enjoy your day. They do not have restrooms inside of the Starbucks. You have to go out and around, not far at all, to the OWA public restrooms.

I ordered a ham and swiss croissant which was gooey and undercooked. I realize all they have to do is heat it up but I couldn’t even finish it. I also ordered an iced vanilla latte, light ice, and sweet cream foam. I received a watery latte that was mostly ice, and no sweet cream foam. Not happy that my trip to this Starbucks was a complete waste.

Five stars for the food/beverage category seems appropriate, but if I could give more than five stars in the service and atmosphere categories, I would. All of the employees that I have interacted with at this location are on top of their game and do their best to make sure that every customer they interact with is greeted with a friendly smile and given the best customer service possible. I love the open concept layout of the seating and the music is always enjoyable (and doesn’t feel like bad elevator music). I’ve seen so many people walk out of the store with a smile on their face because of the way the employees make a point to get to know their customers, even if it is the first time they are visiting the store. Don’t judge a book by its cover (or a store by its reviews) and go give this new Starbucks a try. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised when you do!

The employee who took my order was very cheerful and nice however my drink was made with waaay too much ice, this is the drink I always get so I know what a normal amount is. There was barely any actual drink, so it was over in what felt like a few sips. Which sucks because Starbucks is not cheap.
EDIT* I went back and ordered the same drink a second time. And still a crazy amount of ice, I think it is a training issue.

My muffins and coffee were very good. However I noticed that there are people working in the Drive-Thru in the middle of a hurricane and I think that is completely disrespectful and that this company should care more about their workers and their safety. Please work on that kindness. We can wait for coffee on a day where it’s safer.

I placed a mobile/app order for a cup I wanted but I was in rush an appointment and to work and forgot about my cup. When remembered around lunch time and asked my daughter to pick up lunch & my cup she told me one of the male employee was very rude with her about my cup and picking it up late. I guess it was good getting cold and I was going to say remake it or say I want you to remake or I want a refund. It was a cup that all someone had to put to the side until I pick it up. Really
