They can almost never get the order right..does my photo look like jelly, vanilla sprinkles, and a glazed donut?? NO IT DOESNT, this happens so many times yall need to fire who ever is doing it cause I get a refund ever time and im sure others do too… yall are going to loose out on profits from that store if every order is refunded!!!

Today I ordered some hash browns and they literally tasted straight like chemicals I have no idea what they ended up doing to these hash browns they were soggy the texture was disgusting they tasted very strange to say the least
I also ordered an egg sandwich that was better it’s still a very weird taste not sure if the employees are doing any Burger King foot lettuce over here or what but seems like they should stick maybe just coffee
Pretty disappointed with the food if I could rate zero I would America runs on chemicals apparently not on Dunkin

I’m legitimately shocked when I use the drive thru and the employees are in a good mood. It’s actually comical how miserable they seem and how they act like it’s a burden to do the bare minimum at the job they chose.

Our coffee was pretty good! Love those donuts with strawberry frosting – super fresh and yummy! We had a bit of a wait (based on our interaction with staff I think they forgot about us), and they did make a point to make sure we were taken care of after standing there for 10-15 minutes waiting for our items. Friendly workers!

I love their coffee but I cannot handle the way the staff at the Cedar Falls location treats customers. My co-worker door dashed food to work and did not get the coffee drink she ordered, when she called Dunkin, they were very dismissive and said “I don’t know what to tell you.” Terrible customer service. The drive through gave me the wrong bagel sandwich and said they wouldn’t give me the right one because “that is our policy” as three of them stood around looking at me like I was an asshole for asking for the right sandwich. I wish they would get new management that actually trained their staff to be kind, courteous and professional.

On Sunday 8/24, I went to this location and the employee, Ashlyn, asked me if I liked the drink I tried for the first time OVER A WEEK PRIOR. She is very nice and Dunkin should let employees take tips (I offered to give her one) or pay them more to make up for not allowing them to take tips.

Honestly I love Dunkin, I go here almost everyday, but this morning was something different. I’m waiting in the drive thru and I’m about 3 cars away from the speaker and I look to my left and there’s 3 employees all just standing there talking. Don’t know if any coffee was being made or anything. This is a first because usually Dunkin employees push out the line they have and work as fast as they can but today they were just standing there not caring if the line was waiting, pretty bad. I go to the speaker the girl starts with only cash no card. Waited there for 10 minutes. Waste of my time
