I lived in Seattle for 18 years, so I know Starbucks and have been in many. When it comes to Starbucks in Dothan this one is FANTASTIC!! Barista Isabella makes my tea perfect every time. She’s friendly and always has a smile with an uplifting message on my cup. Honestly the entire staff are amazing! It’s a breath of fresh air coming here compared to other places that don’t get customer service. The only drawback is they are so friendly I come here daily and it’s put a dent into my budget. But they make it worth it!

I came here with a friend to chat over coffee, and the girl who helped us was great! She was very accommodating and helpful in helping us choose drinks that we both loved. My friend had a pistachio chai latte, and I had a brown sugar chai. Mine was a fantastic substitute, my favourite, yet out-of-season drink, the pumpkin chai latte. The place wasn’t too busy from 5:30 to 7 on Monday evening, which was great for chatting with my friend without a lot of noise. I love coming here and plan to be back, hopefully soon.

Staff was very friendly and I love the little note on my cup (I needed it this morning ). My grande latte was delicious, however, I also got the bacon Gouda and egg sandwich and I was honestly disappointed. I know they may be premade, however, when a sandwich looks like this I do not think it should be sold to a customer especially at the price it’s sold for.

Barista Isabella was Phenomenal! So was she the last time I came to this location so that just tells me that she definitely has great Customer Service skills. She was so friendly and ready to help, as a customer service worker myself I realize how important it is to get that “Both sides of the counter” positive experience.
