Location doesn’t know how to make matcha lattes apparently
Ordered a venti matcha with strawberry cold foam and 1 extra scoop of matcha through the app. Shows 5 scoops on the sticker, but I think they added an additional 5 scoops instead of 1??? Drink barely had any cold foam, and the worst part of all is that there were chunks of matcha powder throughout the drink which made it extremely bitter. I couldn’t even drink it. The first few sips of the matcha were good because of the cold foam, but once I realized that my drink was messed up I was already half way home. Couldn’t even fix the matcha at home. Ended up throwing the whole thing away. Waste of money.

Apparently this location CANT make matches at all. I ordered 5 scoops of matcha because every time the matcha comes out tasting like milk with no trace of matcha at all. I decided this time I would add an additional scoop to get the desired consistency of matcha, I paid extra mind you. And surprise surprise it came out white, it literally tasted like one scoop was put in. If the drinks were maybe $3 I’d let it slip, these drinks are $7 plus in this economy you must be completely out of your mind to think I’ll pay that for trash drinks. Anyways do better cause if you going to have a masters apron then you better know what you’re doing.

I’ve gotten coffee from this Starbucks the last three days, and they’ve messed up my order every single time. The same person keeps making it wrong, and when I mentioned it, she literally dumped my coffee into another cup instead of remaking it. I just ended up leaving. The attitude and service here are terrible — even my coworkers have had the same issues. I’m done with this location. Horrible experience overall.

I ordered my usual, white chocolate mocha, and it was delicious. I also ordered a warm cheese Danish and I enjoyed it. The barista’s were warm and welcoming.

First, the coffee was made correctly, but it was not full. There was at least 1inch empty at the top. Second, it is HARD to turn into this place. Third, I selected in store pickup, but had to wait for someone to ask me what I picking up because they had my order at the drive through window. The lady that asked about my order didn’t seem happy at all, but she wasn’t rude. Fourth, that building is CRAMPED inside. Definitely not a great place to study, but people were there studying and working (I could never because I even bumped into one person working on a laptop).
