I ordered a macchiato while driving toward Chicago and was very disappointed. The drink was mostly foam and warm milk, with almost no coffee flavor. It tasted like plain milk with a hint of espresso.

I came through the drive through earlier today and they were a little busy but I always understand they are doing their best and always make my drink perfectly! I understand the wait time so it’s no problem at all I used to work in food service and they are always so kind to me! Love all the workers there so kind!! Great place to stop in, staff is very professional and kind. Atmosphere is very clean and accommodating with multiple seating arrangements to find your comfort, whether I’m catching up with friends/ colleagues or have some remote work to do.
Parking always seem to be available and the outside patio is very comfortable, with large umbrellas and the sun is typically positioned where it not directly on you.

Very busy,but the three lady’s where holding it down ,kick ass and taken names ,all I can say is when I ask about my order that was placed on line ,it was if she already know what I was going to ask,I have your ready ,the most I waited was 1 min ,keep in mind the car line up out the drive – thru she was turning them out as well (amazing just to watch) ,I started to ask, I could have what they were on then I realized coffee ☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕☕

Nice friendly and prompt service. There wasn’t a huge line and the store was clean and tidy. I haven’t been to SB in a while, did they stop putting on sleeves for hot coffees? I had to wait a while before I could actually drink my Latte. The food is okay but a bit overpriced for what it is. I wouldn’t have chosen Starbucks but I was given a gift card.

I usually love this location but lately the person working the window has turned me away. She is so rude. Talks short and shoves your items out the window without looking at you. Not the best way to start my day after spending so much on a cup of coffee. I just came through at 6:15 today (Aug 29) and was met with her crap personality again.

My friend and I both ordered an oatmeal espresso type of drink and specifically asked for light ice. It took a long time for our drinks to be fixed, and then one was served a good deal later than the first drink (as if they forgot it). When I took my friends empty drink to show them that it was 2/3’s full of ice when we had asked for light ice, the employee said that particular drink wasn’t able to be served with light ice. I replied that the employee should have told us that when we ordered because we might would have changed our order. The employee just stared at me; no apology and no offer for a different drink. The apology would have been sufficient. I was really surprised by the way the employees handled this because Starbucks usually has such good customer service. We will not to return to this location. We prefer the Starbucks on Highway 150, across from the Galleria.
