My friend and I stopped to pick her up a coffee. After ordering a special drink, to ensure there was no cinnamon since she is allergic, somehow she ended up with cinnamon in her drink. When she called the manager the manager said “it was a mistake” yes mistakes happen but to mistakenly put cinnamon in a drink that doesn’t call for it then offering nothing to make it right isn’t customer service.

They always get something wrong with my order. Went back got the drink I originally wanted bc they wouldn’t take back my other drink I didn’t want. Then found a little hair in my drink. Honestly I’m not trying to be dramatic but this had just ruined my day. Especially since it’s always the same girl taking my order and messing it up.

My drinks always taste exactly the same, which is surprisingly not the case across other large coffee chains. That in itself is what keeps me coming back, simple consistency.

I am writing a review because I encountered one of the NICEST human beings ever working at this Starbucks. I believe he was the owner? (He said he’s been with the company for 15 years!). He knew everybody’s name in the store and even remembered my name when I went back to place a second order. This gentleman showed the type of kindness that you only come across every once in a blue moon and it left a lasting impact on my husband and me. It goes to show that kindness and hard work can first change a Starbucks and eventually change the world. We don’t live in Cullman, but we will be stopping by to pay our new friend a visit whenever we are in town.

I am a teacher and started off my first day of summer with a grande pink drink. I paid almost $6 for a 95% filled cup of ice. The amount of actually pink drink I recieved is ridiculous. If this is how the Starbucks corporation tells there employees to fix drinks by taking money and giving back almost all ice then its horrible. I will not be getting another drink from Starbucks again. I can get my own ice fromhome. See attached pictures. The drink is gone that is all ice!!!!

Been to this Starbucks multiple times and the service at the window is always bad. The girl anjeanette always sounds so unhappy and feels like you’re bothering her when you come through the drive. I asked for a single blonde shot and when I got my drink it just said blonde espresso so I asked to be sure it was a single and she’s gave me an attitude like I was bothering her. I worked at Starbucks before and just by that tag and tasting the drink I knew it was made wrong. I didn’t even bother asking for a remake because the service was just that bad.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Starbucks, always ordering drinks along with a pup cup for my dog and even tipping extra every single time. Today, however, I had one of the rudest and most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at any Starbucks. And the funny part is, it’s always the same guy who acts this rudely. At the drive-thru, I politely asked for the pup cup in a medium cup since I have a big dog. The barista made it seem like a huge problem, acting as if I was asking for something unreasonable. This has never been an issue with any other employee before—everybody else has been accommodating and kind about this simple request. When I pulled up to the window, he didn’t even greet me—he just barked out the total, shoved my drink at me, and slammed the window in my face. I still needed my receipt and napkins, so I waited. I even honked to get his attention, and he flat-out ignored me. That is beyond disrespectful. If you hate your job that much, then quit—there are plenty of people who would gladly work here and actually treat customers with basic respect. This location clearly has no regard for customer service, and I will never be back. Management needs to get it together and retrain their staff on how to treat paying customers, because this behavior is completely unacceptable.

Me and my friend have been going to Starbucks for over 5 years to sit, sketch and spend money but since Patrick, a fabulous store manager left this store it has been crazy, playing with closing hours. I’ve worked all over the world and have visited Starbucks consistently but this store is the worst of any Starbucks at closing the lobby anytime management feels like it! And on the Cullman store website it clearly states lobby is open to closing at 930. We visited at 6pm on Saturday and a hand written note taped to the locked front door stated that LOBBY WAS CLOSED. No sorry, or we apologize, nothing….I hate giving this store any stars because they deserve negative 50!

I love Starbucks! The coffee is amazing and if you’re not happy with how they made your coffee you can go and let them know and they will re make it for you! Their food is awesome! I love their lemon loaf bread it’s so good, if you love lemon items you should try it. They also have chocolate chip cookies, croissants, muffins, and other items. Definitely a good choice to try!
