I have been twice thus far. Both of the times were for lunch. They have special menus for lunch in addition to their regular menu. The first time I got a pork plate with collards and fried squash. The pork was tender and I used their sauce which is vinegar based. The collards were seasoned well and the squash was crispy on the outside and perfectly tender on the inside. My friend got the soup bowl combo. The baked potato soup was rich and tasty and the grill cheese was toasty on the out side and melty cheese on the inside. Hannah was excellent. Update I went back with another friend still for lunch. We both got the rueben sandwiches me with the sweet potato fries and her regular fries. The dipping sauce for the sweet potato fries was like a sweet/spicy horseradish. The service that day was a little slow towards the end, but our server had a very large party besides us and was getting to everyone the best she could. She was just busy. Still excellent experience overall.

Our family has been here many times but last night Thursday Nov 6 was the absolute worst. Most menu items we’ve ordered in the past were “decent” however last night was different. Service is always hit or miss and last night we figured out why. Management. Wow! ‘Mo’ the manager was completely unprofessional and unbelievably rude regarding a take out order we placed after dining in. The take out we ordered was supposed to be a sausage dog but it looked like a regular hot dog on a wet bun. It came out cold, no toppings, no condiments of any kind, the side tossed in there was greasy & soggy & overall absolutely unappealing looking. We asked the waitress to confirm this was an actual sausage dog, she took it back, returned and said yes. We asked to have it removed from our order for obvious reasons. She said “I was told you still have to pay for this because it’s what you asked for.” My husband spoke with manager ‘Mo’ and was rudely approached with the same response “you ordered it, you pay for it.” My husband said “you are really going to be this unreasonable” and ‘Mo’ said “are you treating me?” Lol-Lol. My husband has never threatened anyone in his life and is the most soft spoken individual. ‘Mo’ seemed to want this to escalate and the situation to be more of a problem than it actually was. Any ‘normal’ professional manager and/or establishment would have comped the untouched take out meal. As I said we dined in and was paying for our eaten meals with no issue. This was an Unappetizing looking untouched take out. What was the big deal? The experience with ‘Mo’ was shocking and completely unnecessary and unacceptable. There are many other restaurants in the area to choose from and we will now take our business elsewhere. It was a completely shocking experience that changes our perception of them, their establishment and quality of their food. Word of mouth means a lot to people. We absolutely will not dine here again. Good Luck

Food is always very good and I’ve been going for years. Big location with lots of seating and a big bar. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Today I got the steak salad, black and blue I believe, was delicious. A little pricey, but you do get a whole cooked sirloin to preferred temperature. Definitely worth it. Enough for 2 meals for me!

Had a good experience, seat yourself, on a Friday night and not TOO busy (which I like). Server came over quick and was very nice (good service as well). Steak sandwhich was great and wife enjoyed her burger. Great selection of sides. Artichoke dip was a delicious appetizer. My only ding would be that it was pretty dark, but other than that everything was great including the prices. Will definitely be coming back here

I had drinks here once and on the second visit decided to get some beer battered mushrooms. It’s a pub with a pretty standard menu, so I thought that was a safe bet. I took one bite and it poured like a faucet. Mushrooms absolutely full of water. Other food looks okay, but don’t get the mushrooms.

Lunch, I had cheeseburger and fries. My wife had pulled pork sandwich with okra and side of ranch dressing. We were quite pleased with our meals. Service was good and very attentive. Setting was sports bar atmosphere.

This place is the best. My wife and I moved to the area over two years ago and this is right down the road and the food is always hot and fresh. It’s definitely our go to hot spot. Friendly staff. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
