I just spent about 20 minutes waiting for a cappuccino. There were only a few customers and 5 or 6 Baristas so I asked one of the gals how much longer it would be. She said she would check but never did. I decided to just ask for a refund after waiting longer. The cashier didn’t know how to do the refund but after several attempts went to ask for help. They called my name before he got back. Then, my drink wasn’t very hot and instead of one pump of vanilla, it had four. Do yourself a favor and find another coffee shop in the area especially if you are in a hurry and you want what you ordered.

Been coming to this Starbucks for 3yrs, staff are nice but seemingly checked out on how to give appropriate timely service. Almost every time I come here (only Starbucks in 10 miles) there are usually more people / baristas working than there are customers. And it still takes 10 minutes or more to get a coffee. Just now, was the only person-customer in the coffee shop: 3 baristas behind the counter, 3 baristas sitting at a table to the side (maybe on break). One vehicle in the drive through. Stood there for 10 minutes waiting to order, finally walked out. As I walk out, they looked up. Whomever owns this franchise, you have way too many employees (laid back, slow and unaware of fast timely service… seems they’re more about chillin behind the counter, casually, than service). 3 quality, good working, employees could manage much better than the excessive 7 or 8 that seem to rotate shifts here.

The bathrooms in this location are absolutely disgusting. There were 3 baristas working and it took them a few minutes to even acknowledge my existence. There was also a young woman sitting in the booth closest to the bakery items that looked like she may work there but had the most aggressive snarl each time she looked up at me. I left without ordering because they don’t seem terribly friendly or interested.

I am a daily (sometimes 2-3 times a day lol) customer. Early, this week, there were 2 mornings when the line wrapped all the way around the building in the drive thru. The 2nd morning, I parked and went inside. The parking lot was also full both mornings. There were 3 female baristas working wide open. I stood as the only customer at the register waiting to order for maybe a couple of minutes. Then, one of the baristas (I think it was Paige) asked, “Are you here for your usual?” Shocked, I responded, “Yes”, and smiled (kinda chuckled actually). From behind her equipment, she holds up my “usual”. These ladies go above and beyond daily! The guys that work there are awesome, too, but that morning it was just ladies, and my morning (day) was made! I bet the ladies that I work with appreciate it, too! 😉 Kudos to this great, customer-oriented Starbucks staff! My days would literally not be the same without y’all (oh, and the coffee, too!)!

We placed a mobile order for pick up. When we arrived, the doors were locked and the drive thru line was wrapped all the way around the building.
When we called the store, the employee said it was only her and two trainees working so she would not open the door for us to pick up our order (that was just sitting on the counter already made and getting cold). I heard her on the phone tell the trainee to just set it aside. So we were supposed to sit in the drive thru line and wait 30 minutes for our cold order?? Why couldn’t she send one of the trainees to the door with it? Zero sense of efficiency. They clearly can’t think logically at this location.

They were so kind about our long wait, telling us they were short staffed. No actual wait, about 4 mins from order to drinks! My husband and I watched them run around that store like coffee super heroes! They have nothing to apologize for! Very friendly, our drinks were delicious!

Ok This starbucks was a little better than the previous one but it’s starbucks. You have many choices of coffee but I think they loaded with sugar or to much milk. Just a coffee is almost impossible and the prices are extreme.

DIRTY this is the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been in. The people that are working there are not concerned at all about cleaning. They didn’t want to hear about it being dirty, even when being polite. There were spills and stains all over the counters and floors, trash is piling up all, over urine all over the toilet seats & in the floors, and a lady walked in with her dog hanging all over where the utensils and straws are, and they never asked her to take the dog away from the food area. And it was not a service dog.

Great new location, so it looks, in the Clanton area. Friendly staff, spot on drinks, and two drive thru lanes are some of the highlights of this extremely clean place. Clearly there is some setup left to do inside but judging by our visit(s) it should be a hit in this area. Keep up the great service!
