I went into this restaurant chesters. doing the graveyard shift about 2 a.m..
The lady that was working was super rude and very dry..
She had her lips poked out like she was in a bad mood.
I wanted my combo.
And when I went to heat it up I noticed I didn’t have a biscuit.
When I went back she said oh you wanted your biscuit..
Why wouldn’t I want it I paid for it..
She really needs to be just the drop chicken lady.
And not come into contact with customers.
On another note
The loves here absolutely filthy and out of everything they really need some help bad in this store.

Just experienced a 3 and a half hour kaos to move 1 mile due to extreme tornado alerts in little rock on hwy 30 so made our way to love’s truck stop and was excited to catch Chester’s right before they closed, and upon arriving was greeted by Jimmie and Summer tending to our order. Hats off to the 2 employees of Chester’s for making our night the exemplary kindness, energy and hospitality they gave us was so AWESOME!!!! You made us very happy and satisfied customers and of all the previous trips to all other stops this specific location was my #1 experience of all time. Keep up the great work. Thanks again

Well first and foremost the workers didn’t have on hair nets or gloves. The chicken looked fresh but my chicken still had fried feathers and i will not eat chicken like that. My husband ate my portion. lol

Bad need of management, I live in the area,come for gizzards quite often out and not really willing to cook more,
Want to add to,was there again this afternoon, no one in line,was told it would be 45 minutes to get an order of gizzards,which takes 7 minutes to cook,I called the truck stop manager on duty,he was not willing to get involved
