I want to start by saying the staff at this Starbucks have always been friendly and the store itself is well located. However, I’ve had multiple visits where a strong, persistent odor inside the café made it very difficult to sit, work, or even stay for my drink.
I understand this is a sensitive situation and I don’t want to single out or shame anyone, but the smell has been overwhelming enough that I’ve stopped coming to this location altogether. I truly believe this store would be a great place to spend time if this issue were addressed.
I hope management can find a compassionate solution that keeps the space comfortable for all customers and staff.

Not sure what is going on with the morale today, but this particular location next to Publix the staff was not welcoming or friendly. I stood for 4 minutes while all 5 employees were working on other tasks, backs turned, talking amongst themselves. It wasn’t until one employee who clearly saw me, pointed to his colleague who came from the back to help me. The location is clean, and a quiet vibe. Customer service needs to pick up before I return.

I don’t usually write reviews but I have to this time. Everytime I come in to get my coffee I’m always greeted by Lanie and it makes my whole morning better. Everytime she is there I know my coffee is going to taste great. She is exactly the type of vibe I want to start my morning with.

Simon saved out night! My wife was craving the OG Carmel apple cider and was waiting all year for it. upon ordering it, DIon explained that Starbucks discontinued the offering. She was so devastated. Dion signaled to his co-worker SImon about what we were wanting and Simon stepped up to offer his ability to replicate it using the box apple juice sold in the cooler. We were willing to give it a try. It was that or nothing. Simon delivered it to a ‘T’. The flavor was exactly what we remembered. He steamed it, added carmel, whip and waaa-laa!

Let me start by giving a massive shout-out to Alina! I was having one of those days where everything felt like it was falling apart, and I was honestly near tears after spilling my entire first round of drinks all over my car. Alina was an absolute lifesaver. Not only did she jump in with wipes and napkins to help me clean up the mess, but she promptly remade my drinks and even reinforced the cup holders to make sure I got home safe. To top it off, she gave me a cake pop just to brighten my day….because she knew there is truly nothing worse than a coffee disaster when you’re already down. Her kindness and empathy completely turned my day around. Thank you, Alina, for being such a bright spot! The rest of the staff at this location are also very kind and have great customer service.

I’ve gone to this location a little under a dozen times by now, and it’s safe to say this Starbucks location meets all the standards. It’s clean, customer service is great, the beverages and food are made well, and the wait time isn’t long. There’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, with shade for outside seating. The restrooms are very clean and don’t have a strong smell which was pleasant.
I usually order the same beverage when I come here, and every time the barista makes it just the way I like it. So, points for the well-trained staff here. The staff at this location are very kind and patient when you order, along with giving suggestions when you’re unsure of what to get. Very professional!

Its nothing special. Same as any other location. The staff were nice enough but I guess Large only means Grande to them so you end up with a medium unless you ask for a venti. I felt like I was in that role models movie for a moment and it just kept playing in my mind. I will be back if I need to, other wise I will not go out of my way or anything for this location. There are better ones.

Ordered 2 coffees ,asked for half caf and was simply told “no we do not do that.’Maybe you guys should consider that. Simply brew a decaf in one cup a full cafe in another and combine . time for staff to think a bit! Layoffs are happening for a reason.
