My specialty coffee was exactly what I wanted! The barista was fantastic, and the portion was generous—much better than at the Tarpon Springs branch! The staff were also very polite and friendly, and quick! No long wait.

I went through the drive through this morning and the young lady working drive thru was FABULOUS! I have to shout her out! I didn’t get her name (8483 Reg 4 was on the receipt ) but she was a ball of good vibes and positive energy! Loved it!! I was wearing my Aries T-shirt and she’s a Scorpio lol just very cool! She made my Day Drink & food was excellent too! Thank youuuuuuu!

Really disappointed. Waited 32 minutes in line only to receive sugar milk instead of the brown sugar shaken espresso I ordered. With a line wrapped around the building, I expected more urgency and attention to detail. Hoping management addresses this!!

Don’t get me wrong. I love Starbucks, but I come here almost every day and it seems to be when I actually have to call and complain about my drink because it’s half full and then the manager is there next day they actually make my drink right I got my drink again today a Venti hot chocolate and it’s half full with a little tiny dollop of whipped cream on there. I have pictures for proof from both days. Whoever is there on wensday and Fridays. Might need some more training on how to make a hot chocolate right especially for it being almost 6 bucks

7/22/25 update
Really tried to give this place a chance, but it just keeps getting worse. Everything I said below is still true, and today I show up to get a mobile order in-store and find that it’s closed for a four-hour staff meeting (from the sounds of it, some kind of party). No notice on the app, otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered. Had to stand at the drive-though window to ask about my order. They brought it out to me, and to top it all off the egg bites came with a big hair (wish I was making that up). No garbage bins outside either, so guess I will just leave the trash on the table outside.
Think I’m done with this location. They clearly have other priorities than customers. Enjoy your party, guys.

Staff are friendly enough but service is hit or miss. Before the redesign, this place used to be packed. Now it looks like this inside (empty) more often than not. For some reason, they redesigned the interior to have less seating, and what seating is left is incredibly uncomfortable and sterile. It’s like they don’t want people to hang out here, and people seem to be getting the message.

I stopped by the branch In tarpon springs at the us 19 today ,and the awful service I got from them reminded me how awesome the service i received in this branch is, I usually stop by every weekend so early in the morning and the service is amazing the team is awesome and helpful always smiling and great, but the one by tarpon springs how miserable they are .

I order my Starbucks coffee on the mobile app every day. I go to this particular location about three days a week Last week when I was there, I show up after my place and the barista tells me my order isn’t ready and again she’s gonna make me loop the parking lot Get back in the car line For the drive-through So I drive up this morning at 7:31 the time that it said the food will be ready on the Starbucks app and guess what my stuff isn’t ready and guess what they made me drive back into the Line and let me tell you this line is about 20 cars deep no joke So I went inside and I got a refund and then they just handed me my money back. They didn’t even offer me the stuff they couldn’t get ready on time and I decided I never ever using that Starbucks again and I know it sounds petty but think about going to 3 to 4 times a week and having one person threaten you and then the second time you meet that person they did the exact same thing they threat they were gonna do and nobody in Mangement has an issue with it.

Ordered two Venti Frappuccino’s, one was a Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino and the other was a Venti Strawberry Creme Frappuccino! Both drinks were made perfectly! Staff was very friendly, the inside of this store is large with plenty of seating! The only two issues I had were the bathrooms needed to be a little more tidy and the outside seating area needs to be cleaned, bags, cups and other paper wrappers are in the Shrubbery bed outside of the black metal fence!
