Not terrible, but not great. I still don’t understand why people want to sell you cold food. The onion rings were old and cold. Tasted like they’ve been sitting there all day.
The whopper was OK, but it was not hot and fresh.
The staff was friendly.
They need to clean the dirty tables here.

I visited a newly remodeled Burger King today with my wife, and honestly, I had one of the most frustrating experiences. After placing an order through the drive-thru and handing over my credit card, the staff started insisting that I should accept some kind of penny rounding-up or take a coupon book I didn’t want. I politely declined, saying I was paying by credit card and didn’t need any rounding or additional coupons. But instead of just returning my card, they kept pushing these paper crowns and coupons on me, even after I said no multiple times.
It was incredibly annoying and frankly disrespectful. I understand they want to upsell, but when a customer clearly refuses, they should stop. And on top of that, they held onto my credit card and kept arguing instead of just giving it back. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and angry.
I will definitely be leaving a very negative review for this location. It’s one thing to offer a promotion, but entirely another thing to pressure customers and hold their card hostage. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.

Me and my girls go to for food late at night. Love the food always and Jacob is super courteous and respectful love his energy at the drive thru. He helped us with what we needed really quickly. Love it here keep doing what yall doin. Also give Jacob a raise! 🙂

They are under renovations but drive thru is supposed to still be active, well I stopped by today to see an employee and her presumed daughter outside. As soon as I pulled in to the drive thru they went inside I figured it was to get ready to take my order, I sat at the window for over 15 minutes without even receiving a “one moment” or “I’ll be with you shortly” nope just silence I went to the window and still didn’t see anyone. So she was just ignoring me. If you’re open then be prepared to work.

Morning crew is the worst ever. Manager never there to resolve issues, when she’s there she ignores and just tells you “Okay” it’s very frustrating that I have to come back 3-4 times to even try to talk tot he GM she’s never there and when she’s finally there doesn’t care about the customers. I think they just lost a regular customer. I been going to this location since they open. Yes it has change managers constantly, but they are just getting out of head. Hell the lady at night is more helpful than the actual “General Manager” how is that even possible.
