I have never felt so welcomed walking into a Starbucks. 4 different employees engaged with me and it was so nice! I even took a business card so I could contact their general manager. Whatever that store is doing, keep it up. You make a difference in this crazy world.

We were on vacation and ordered 4 of the same drink. They all tasted and looked different. One was so gross I couldn’t drink it. Asked for a new one and the manager fought me on it. I have never been treated this way at a SB. Then asked me for my name and she would “get me next time”. I looked at her and said I would prefer the correct drink this time. It is clear she does no wrong. Unfortunately this SB will remain this way while she is in charge. I feel bad for the staff.

I am very pleased that the barista corrected my drink even though they were closing at that very moment. He advised me that they wouldn’t typically correct a drink after store closure, but he would do it this time since i was only a minute late. The remade drink was perfect. The barista’s name is Xav. He’s always very helpful each time I’ve encountered him.

Starbucks baristas get pretty swamped at times and I’m sure an hour of continuous customers seems like a whole day however everyone knows this that had ever been in a Starbucks so it’s a given when you accept a position with them. Please at least pretend to put in effort instead of being nonchalant. Please make the drink the way the customer ordered it not as you wanted them to have it. Also a VENTI is 20 oz cup please fill it 20 oz. Please provide the customer what they have in fact paid upfront to receive. I have gone bank in a couple of times because my cup is filled two inches shy of the rim which means I’m not getting what I paid for which is not honest of the barista.
Once again my order was not as I ordered. EXTRA HOT means extra hot but my coffee is lukewarm. I’m really of having to address the low work ethic of this establishment. Your link
Is pointless. Please get it together. My latte is either a few oz less or not as hot as I ordered. It’s very frustrating especially after paying over $6 for a latte. Maybe you try holding them accountable for their lack of effort instead of the excuses.
After many gentle conversations with management or lead I have posted this review. It’s very disappointing to request my product be made the way I like and they still make it the way they want and then take offense to my disappointment in their lack of consideration for the customer. If the options given on the app are not within their capabilities then Starbucks should not even list them as options. No foam means It saddens me to have to edit my review. However, I ordered a flat white today and it took 15 minutes to get two separate people to prepare.
A flat white is supposed to be exactly what it says flat no Foam. However, my Cook was half full of FOAM. I will pray For these individuals. I’m so tired of having to do with the repetitive problem over and over again and yet it continues to happen. I can even ask for no foam and still get at least 2 to 3 inches of foam. At this point, it seems deliberate I have added a picture which shows the top of the foam that is still in The cup. There is still at least 2 inches of FOAM. For once, they actually made it extra hot as I asked. Plus a moldy grape on the protein box.

Let’s start with the negatives, because they’re so miniscule that they hardly matter. I ordered 3 racoon cake pops, one for each family member to enjoy, but they only gave me one. Thankfully, I was also only charged for one. Not a big deal, so I swung around and got the other two.
The drive through has a stainless steel windows sil that during peak times of the day has a glare from the sun so bright you’d think you were on the sun itself. I mean really, they probably could have chose a different windows sil, but again, not a big deal.
To the positives now. I ordered a venti blended strawberry lemonade. I’ve never had one, and usually dont get drinks from starbucks myself since I dont drink caffeine. When I took the first sip, I was taken to nostalgia town. I explained it to my boyfriend like this, before asking him to try it himself. Imagine you’re getting ready to take a bubble bath, but you don’t actually have “bubble bath” soap. So you get the water started and you grab your bottle of strawberries and cream suave shampoo. You squirt a heaping amount in the tub and make the bubbles chest high. You scoop some luscious bubbles up in your hands and you put them on your face to imitate Santa’s beard. You accidentally get some light foamy bubbles in your mouth. That is what this drink tastes like. My boyfriend agrees. You’re welcome.

Just the best! Stop in and see Kris or any of the wonder staff members and managers of this local Starbucks. The team energy and comradery is uplifting, and you’ll often hear cheers when the wait times are “Green”.
Walking in, prepared to be greeted by almost everyone, and don’t be surprised when the associates remember your name and favorite drinks.
The store is super clean, well maintained inside and out. There is outdoor seating weather permitting.

It is sad that there were no sandwiches offered on this particular location. We have been an original Gold card Star Bucks holder for over three decade and that is disappointing not to have sandwiches. Could Star Bucks corporation issue us our lifetime access to free coffee and sandwiches for life. Check out the original Gold Card of Star Buck we still have ours and carry every where. I wish corporate will honor their loyal system.

What! Never been in a Starbucks. Went in and was greeted by just about everyone! The employee suggested a pumpkin muffin and I ordered a coffee to go. Wow! They were all over the place filling everyone’s order and giving great service. Gold star treatment here at this location. Thank you for making my first time a great experience.

Awful experience in there. First my drink was wrong. Then they took 20 mins to give me my food while it sat there and finally someone asked what I was waiting for. I asked for siracha on my online app didn’t receive that either along with no silverware for my other food. Then I get my sandwich it’s cold and looks like this!!!! Terrible!!!!!
