Stopped in for a quick Starbucks run and it was exactly what I needed. The line looked long but moved fast, and the barista still got my order right (including the little custom tweaks). My drink tasted consistent and the food was warm, not like it had been sitting forever. Seating was decent for a short laptop session, and the place felt clean even with a steady crowd. It’s a reliable “grab coffee and reset” stop when you’re on the go.

I gave a 5 because I go every week on our way to go grocery shopping (trust me on this it’ll making shopping better) normally my order is perfection and the folks on drive thru are above and beyond courteous and friendly. Today however was different, I ordered my venti mocha but instead it was hot chocolate made with the mix, great if your 5 but way to sweet, no coffee in it at all. I didn’t get to taste it until we were on 441, it was 185 just as requested unfortunately the lid didn’t fit the cup so when I picked it up to take a sip the top came off and hot hot chocolate covered both my husband and I and his truck, we were burnt and were a mess. By that point, discovering it was hot chocolate was the icing on a very bad cake. Again, I still rated them a 5 because anyone can make a mistake. This one was just painful and expensive as we now have to shampoo the interior seats and carpet.

Always a problem. Lobby closed. Water pipe break. Staff often unfriendly . The atmosphere is loud and service slow. I rarely go here. 2 x in 2 years lobby closed, some kind of dumb issue. I worked 4 years near NYC at Starbucks. This would never be acceptable. Really get your act together. Disappointing.

One of my favorite Starbucks in Ocala, I frequent here more than I would like to admit. The staff is friendly and the drinks and food are excellent. If they aren’t excellent, and you let the staff know, they are happy to make it excellent.

These absolutely wonderful people came out and helped me and my baby move the truck out of the way and then gave me a coffee! I cannot express how lovely these people were in just an awful and embarrassing moment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

After having visited Starbucks locations across the country, this one is a cut above. Clean and well lit lobby, a friendly staff that prepares my order with quick efficiency. Easy access to parking that is an issue at other locations. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family.
