Wish I could leave this review 10 times over. They are the ONLY Starbucks & coffee shop I’ve been to that is constant EVERY SINGLE TIME. You very know the flavor profile you’re going to get at other locations and coffee shops. This location is exactly the same everytime. I drive out of my way to come to them. I can’t recommend them enough!

Every single time I come here I am always greeted by the friendliest of Starbucks employees!!! Today Soph MADE MY DAY!!! I wasn’t sure if I would like my refresher with or without coconut milk and she surprised me with a freebie so I would be sure next time!! Seriously it felt like God sent a little coffee angel my way to brighten my gloomy day. I know that sounds dramatic, but I really believe God used her to bless my already crummy day and give it a brighter perspective!!! I was genuinely surprised when I read the reviews for this location, because my experience here is always so positive. I come to this Starbucks almost every day before work, and it’s something I truly look forward to. Every morning I’m greeted by a friendly voice, they know my name, and my order is always made perfectly. I never wait long, and I especially look forward to seeing Poki and Hayley. Their energy is so refreshing in the morning- they radiate joy. In a world where it’s so much easier to complain than to compliment, I think it’s important to recognize the positives. This team does an incredible job, and they deserve the praise!

This is easily the best and most consistent Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It’s never a miss with the macchiato, the flavor is exactly the same every single time, which is something I can’t say about most locations.
I’ll go out of my way just to come to this one because they’re quick, the service is great, and you always know what you’re getting. If consistency matters to you, this is the Starbucks to go to.

They close at 7pm , which is terrible for a coffee shop!! I know its not the baristas fault , but seriously corporate…7pm…that is crazy! Been here 3 times now. So far so good. All my drinks have been good. Would be 5 stars if they were open later.

I’m a regular here (: I absolutely love the staff, most especially Eli, Karter, and Hayley. They never fail to make my day when I’m stopping through the drive thru on the way to work. The coffee is always great and I LOVE when they put little messages or drawings on the cups! Thank you <3

Older woman at the counter took our order. My daughter ordered a pink drink. The woman then proce to ask if I was aware the drink had sugar in it. As if judging me, by my decision to let my daughter order a drink. Then I order my drink. Easy brown sugar shaken espresso, 3 pumps pumpkin, lite oatmilk. To which she says “oh you want extra ice” no I want less oatmilk I respond. She says “you me to leave me room?” No I say again. I tell her for the third time, I want less oatmilk. Then she tells me ” then you really dont want that drink”. Are you kidding me?? Ive ordered this drink from coast to coast and probably 2 dozen stores and not once gas anyone been confused and told me I didn’t want this drink. This lady needs to be sweeping floors and taking out trash. Because customer service isnt her thing, she obviously cant listen to customers, and cant function enough to do her job. Terrible experience.

Well I find it a bit ridiculous that EVERY Starbucks location in Venice and Nokomis closes at 8:00 p.m.!! Can’t be open till 8:30 or 9:00 p.m.?! Everything shuts down early in this old people dominated Town although in the recent Last 5 Years there should be enough young people now and some people want breakfast sandwiches for dinner on a budget

Complete waste of time. says open til 3, i pull up at 1:02 pm. i see them out back smoking, they see me n run inside. cool i give em ten minutes to get situated. im screaming HELLLOOOO at 15 minutes. ok, maybe drive thru is closed. pull around n front door is locked. come back to the drive thru im now the 4th car in line. then, FINALLY!!!! they inform us theyve closed early at 1 pm. are you kidding me???? you couldnt have just said that inside of running inside like a scared kitten? seriously????? how extremely rude this service was a huge waste of time.
