I just have to give a huge shoutout to this Starbucks location! The service is always incredibly friendly, and the drive-thru is impressively fast. It truly doesn’t matter if there are seven cars in line or none at all, I’m always in and out quickly, and my drink is made perfectly every single time.
Stephanie and Brad especially deserve recognition. They consistently make sure I’m taken care of, and they always start my mornings with a smile and a laugh. Their positive energy makes such a difference and keeps me coming back.

I come here often, I always get great service and the drinks are always good, but there’s only ONE person who gives very poor service. (She’s white, tall, always has her hair up, she’s a little chunky) If you’re ordering drinks, it’s just common sense to give out straws. She rolls her eyes and gives attitude when asked for straws, like come on . And it’s happened not once and not twice, probably about 5 times now. I get you might be tired of dealing with people but if someone is asking you in a kindly way even after you proceed to roll your eyes, then maybe it’s not the type of job you should be in.

Professional barista. Store was busy, possibly understaffed, yet she still greeted me when I came in and was kind enough to give me a scoop of ice along with my coffee drink.
Not the biggest parking lot. Would not recommend this location for RVs. It doesn’t look like the drive through has a height limit though so thats good at least.

I’ve ordered to the wrong Starbucks on more than one occasion (this morning included) and they’re always very kind telling me. This morning they reminded me and just asked me to tell the other location that it’s taken care of. It’s clear they’re ran with kindness and efficiency. Thank you Megan!!

Purchased at Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso at another Starbucks location on 64 near I-75 and drank it when almost home. It was awful, very, very bitter. I stopped at this Starbucks close to home and the one I usually go to and asked if the could add something to make it taste better otherwise it was a waste of $8. The manager Analisha said, we will make you another one instead. She stated they likely used regular shots instead of blonde shots and could tell by looking at the color of the drink. Great recovery customer service to this young lady! Thank you Analisha ( spelling?).
