Met a girlfriend here as we do every other week. It’s a typical Starbucks. I do notice every week that the outside garbage is are always overflowing. Doesn’t add anything to the store!

I had a disappointing experience at this location due to the behavior of the baristas, Siri and JayJay. When I received my drink, it was spilled as it was handed to me, and I was surprised when I was encouraged to take it despite the mess. When I politely requested a new drink, JayJay. responded in a rude manner, asking why I needed another one. It was evident to me that the spilled drink was the reason for my request.
As a business owner, I understand the importance of treating customers with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, I felt neither during my visit. I will not be returning to this store and will be sharing my experience with others. I left the store with NO DRINK BECAUSE I JUST WANTED TO GET OUT OF THE STORE ASAP! SIRI made me another Drink where 1/4 of the drink was missing and SIRI seemed to be so upset SO I DIDNT FEEL COMFORTABLE AND I LEFT WITH NO DRINK.!!!!!.
Overall, I found the service to be extremely unprofessional. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving customer interactions.
