Okay, I love Starbucks. I order at least once a week, but I am exhausted of this particular Starbucks always adding too much ice. On this order I asked for “light ice” and this is how much they added. I’m pretty sure out of the whole coffee I took 5 sips. For $7 I think I should be getting more drink, less ice, especially when I ask for it. I guess I have to start asking for none!!!!

I’ve been having problems with my coffee lately. I bought two coffees: white chocolate mocha. When I got home, they were just milk. This has happened to me several times. What’s going on with you? The coffee was cold, the employees inside were talking on their phones, and the line for the cars was really long. I waited half an hour to get my coffees. They just looked at me and laughed. When I got home, it was just milk.

I just ordered coffee through the drive through at this location and the girl was so rude because my card wouldn’t work then she proceeded to make comments thinking I did not hear hrr…one comment was these people don’t know how to pay expecting her to do it for me….another comment why do I have to baby customers. If you are having a bad day please take off I dont need to hear negative comments when am trying to enjoy my day.. never again!

I came in today during a pretty slow time. The glass door was left slightly ajar but wasn’t open to let guest in which I thought was strange and honestly a bit of a safety hazard since it is a door made of heavy glass.
The two male staff were very unprofessional and I heard them call me profanities under their breathes after I had to get a refund for a drink that I did NOT order.
The young man who took my order spoke so slow I looked around to see if I was being pranked. I realize now he was high off of something. I think everyone who worked today should be drug tested because there’s no excuse for how slow and awkward they were being after messing up my extremely simple order.
I was refunded for the drink but overall felt pretty uncomfortable and won’t be returning to this location now that I know who’s there.
I’d recommend getting your coffee at a Panera or Dunkin’ before you consider coming here. They seem to just goof around and smoke before their shift and think that customers that come in when it’s slow don’t matter.

This is a really good Starbucks. The decor is clean and modern. There are plugs and USB charging everywhere, even hooks to hang bags. This is very mobile office friendly. There are also outdoor seating with giant umbrellas to save you from the sun. They have high seats, low seats, and comfortable cushioned chairs. The staff is great. I had asked what the dessert desert is and was told it was the brownie heated it. She wasn’t kidding it was EXCELLENT! Get that for dessert. You won’t be disappointed. My drink was done correctly and quickly. Staff is very friendly, but I just wasn’t greeted when I came in like I am at other area Starbucks in West Palm (Clematis St.).
