An entree that is advertised at $6.50 is then sold for $12.55 with an upcharge of $2.50 with a $4.39 soda. Making a meal that should be around $7-11 cost a whopping $21.04…. Good tastes decent. A bit better than I can microwave from Sam’s Club, at about 5 times the price.

Food was decent and you get a good portion. Good value for being in the airport. Good service.

I got the super greens and chow mein. Both tasted unseasoned and overcooked. The staff was friendly, but the food is not recommended.

Oh my God. If you want to get screamed at by a lady named Taru for the short time you are at CLT this is the place to go. I’ve never seen a lady more inflexible and easily stressed. Screaming at customers may be ok in India. Not here. I am at this airport sometimes multiple times a day. But one thing doesn’t change – Taru’s attitude. 1 star review. Just be Kind!

It was my first time eating at Panda Express and I had some questions. They were out of a lot of stuff even though it was the beginning of dinner time and no long line of people like it is usually when I walk by. I wanted to get a bowl with noodles but there were no noodles. So then I asked for the super greens. There were no super greens, then I asked well what can I get with it? She said steamed rice or fried rice. After I ordered she complained about my questions to the next customer which was unprofessional. Part of your job is to answer questions. I wasn’t rude or anything. And the food is subpar anyway. It was a black girl with eyelashes that were too long and a boy haircut meaning no hair. If you don’t have the personality to work in a customer service position, you need to choose another profession. Because of her, I will not be a repeat customer.

Fresh food due to the line being long. However it goes fast and the portions were generous. If you like Panda, stop here if you need something to eat in the E wing

It’s a nice option for healthy food at the airport. I paid $11 for the grilled teriyaki chicken with noodles — it was tasty, fresh, and felt healthy. It’s a bit pricey compared to city restaurants, but that’s expected for airport food. Overall, a good choice if you want something light and fresh while traveling.

On February 20, 2026, around 8:30 PM to 9:00 PM NC time, I purchased food at Panda Express at Charlotte Airport, North Carolina, near Gate E. When I was about to make a payment, I was served by a black female cashier, and I forgot to ask her name. I was asked to insert my card for payment and for a moment I read the display on the card machine and it said, how much tip will you give? But without my permission, the cashier pressed the tip button. This is not about money, this is about customer service ethics. The card I used is an Amazon Prime Visa from Chase Bank ending in 1100. Thank you.

Even though there are new food options (panera bread, chicken place…) in CLT, I still come to eat at Panda Express on Terminal E. I feel like you get the best value and healthier ( depends on what you get)
For a meal ot is about $2 more than a regular location. Not bad for airport food.

First time getting food here. Had a 2 hour layover and was hungry. Fast and quick service with good food. Expect long lines. Limited seating area shared with other restaurants.
