Normally when I go to Starbucks on my way to work, I always use the drive-thru. Today, I decided to take the time to go inside and place my order in person — and I was wonderfully surprised.
I was helped by an older gentleman, perhaps over 75 years old, who could easily have been my father. His service was truly special. He was working at the register and took my order with the best attitude — smiling, even singing when I gave him my name. He was funny, warm, and had a personality that completely lit up the entire store.
I regret not asking for his name — you can’t miss him, he’s surrounded by younger employees, and he truly stands out!
I was so impressed by how efficiently he handled everything — processing payments, fixing the receipt machine, and taking orders all at the same time with incredible agility. I decided to sit down with my coffee and simply observe. Every single person who walked into Starbucks and passed through his register left with a big smile because of him.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Starbucks for giving opportunities to people like him, regardless of age. True success lies in valuing individuals who provide exceptional service with a genuine smile.

I enjoy this Starbucks location. It’s a great place for me to be around people while reading over documents for work or completing computer tasks when I need a change of scenery.
The service is kind and the establishment is clean and tidy.
Sitting near the counter I noticed a point of improvement. The counter has accumulated crumbs and spills and fingerprints that have dried in place. I’d recommend every hour or so wiping the counter. I didn’t notice how often people touch the counter or lean there while waiting.
I would come here again and recommend to family and friends if asked

This Starbucks location in Plantation is fantastic! It’s one of the newer stores, so the design is modern, clean, and super welcoming. There’s a lot of seating options—everything from big communal tables to comfy padded seats along the wall, and even a cozy lounge area by the window that lets in plenty of natural light. Perfect for working or relaxing with a coffee.
The staff here are super friendly and always efficient. They make it a pleasure to stop by every time! A heads-up: it can get a little chilly inside, so if you’re planning to stay for a while, you might want to bring a sweater.
Parking is free, with plenty of spaces, so you don’t have to worry about finding a spot. Just note that there’s construction going on at the Wawa next door (November 2024), and you might feel a bit of rumbling from that, but it’s not a huge issue. Overall, a great Starbucks experience!

There’s nothing like the smell of Starbucks when you walk in the door. We purposely avoid the drive-thru just so we can experience the smell. The baristas are always so friendly and they make our drinks to perfection. Definitely a place we will return to regularly.

Perfect geographic location on the map, but worst starbucks have been to this far. They can’t be discreet about what you order, The whole store has to hear what you ordered and how much you paid, They overcharge you for everything.I paid $7.01 dollars for a grande latte. What a rip off. And yet, when your order is ready, they yell constantly. It felt like a place hiring people with Tourette Syndrome randomly screaming . Customers names, orders etc. Impossible to have one date, one phone call or any relaxation in that place because of the constant noise. Someone needs to talk to the manager. It s not panera bread or dunkin. Starbucks is a place where people hang out or relax or be one before going to their next step in their day. They really don’t need to scream” Good morning to starbucks” As soon as your right foot crosses the door. They didn’t even make eye contact yet. It was such a stressful experience that I didn’t even bother asking. Why they were charging me 7 Dollars for my grand grande late
