I have to be honest I ordered 2 pizzas, chicken Alfredo and a 4 pack of sodas, and the pizzas were overly greasy and very thin almost like thin crust but I ordered Hand tossed. The taste was awful the presentation was even worse the only thing that wad good was the soda. This is very disappointing since I tipped very well and my food was horrible, prices increased while the quality of the food decreased immensely.

Food was TERRIBLE!!! Tasteless, burnt, and just inedible. Individual pizza was smushed and cheese on the top part of the box. It was cold and when we recieved our order the boxes weren’t even closed.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! Last night (7/28/19) I was hosting a small get together. We decided we would get pizza hut. I usually love pizza hut and their food is usually great. I ordered online 2 big dinner pizza boxes that had 3 pizzas each in them. I also got an order of breadsticks, pasta, and stuffed garlic knots. I set a scheduled pick up being 45 minutes out. When we arrived on time for out pick up. The lady at the front didnt seem like she knew what she was doing. She took my name and looked up on the computer and told us to wait. As we waited 3 people came in and got their pizzas. After about 15 minutes the same lady came up asking what we were waiting on. She had forgotten to cash us out (even though we paid online I still had to sign for it) she went to check the status of our order and they still weren’t done. (Mind you my pick up was for 9:15pm and this was 15 minutes past that time) after 5 minutes they brought my stuff out. They quickly showed me the pizzas. They had 1 box that was the correct 3 pizzas and the other box had 2 pizzas pasta and the breadsticks (their other dinner box comes with that) so I pointed out to them they were missing one of my pizzas. They asked us to take a seat and we had to wait even longer for them to fix their mistake. All the while we had guests at the house waiting for the food. We ended up waiting at pizza hut a total for 50 minutes. We did get a free brownie and cookie for our wait. At the store we were okay with that but once we got home and actually looked at the pizzas? As you can see below half of ever pizza is basically just cooked dough. The slices didnt have sauce or cheese on them. I’m usually a very understanding person but I mean seriously?

If you’re counting on Pizza you might not get it. We Ordered Pizza at 5:59. Order was supposed delivered in 45 mins called at 7:38. Order hadn’t even been started. Said they’d give a discount and Pizza would be there in 45 mins. We thought okay, cool… called again at 8:20 cuz the order said it hadn’t been started yet still. Then on the phone the manager said it was canceled and they would have to put it in as a new order and it would take 2hours because they couldn’t put our order in front of other customers… even though we were a customer over 2hours again. So over what… 5hours for pizza and wings… wow. We weren’t angry or argumentative, just wanted to check to see why it was taking so long. Manager was rude. Just wanted to make sure other potential customers were warned of the service. Delivery drivers in the past have always been good. Just seems certain management may need improvement.

FIRST AND LAST. Ordered wings and waited for two hours, kids were hungry. Called their store and was placed on hold a few times and finally got through, told them we would go straight and pick them up. Took us FIVE minutes to receive our order. Their “Pizza Hut” light was out of their building that we had a hard time finding the place. Ate around 10:45 PM at last. Would not recommend this place.

My experience tonight was wonderful. I tried the new spicy pizza and a couple other items. Each was cooked perfectly and delivered promptly. Kudos to the delivery driver for courteous and professional service. I wish I had taken his name, but he is an African American gentleman. I will certainly consider this location first in the future.
