I love this Starbucks location. I’ve been coming here for months since I’ve been in the area, and the service is always great. The store is always welcoming and the staff are friendly.

Emily, who often works there, is especially amazing. She is always kind, patient, and provides excellent customer service. She makes my drinks perfectly every time—especially my Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. It’s always made just right.

Angie at Starbucks is the best! She’s always friendly, easy to talk to, and actually takes the time to listen to her customers. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel welcome every time you stop by.

She also makes the best samples always creative and spot on. You can tell she enjoys what she does, and it shows in how she treats people. Angie really makes the whole Starbucks experience better!

My husband & I were greeted in the Starbucks parking lot by a super friendly, courteous and outgoing employee named Jeremiah (he was outside because it was almost closing time and he had just taken out the trash).

Even though it was the end of day, he helpfully offered a few suggestions and insisted on making our order for us. With excitement, he eagerly created a yummy sweet treat.

Thank you Jeremiah for your positive energy. Because of you, we’ll visit this Starbucks location again! ☕️

I have been coming to this Starbucks for decades and they have always been the fastest and the one to make the best coffee, but these last few weeks they are constantly making me upset as every time I place my mobile order it takes over 20 minutes to make it, I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but it is annoying and inconvenient and I don’t know if it is new management or new employees at fault but this has been a consistent issue and it’s starting to deter me from going here. I will be giving my business to a different location from now on.

This location should be used in business schools as a masterclass in incompetence. Two visits, two failures a textbook case of how to destroy a brand from the inside.

I received shockingly bad drink bad customer service not once, but twice. The quality control is nonexistent, and on my third visit the matcha tasted like watered-down milk and
close to $2.00 yo make it taste the way it suppose too !!!! The overall vibe is unprofessional: no sense of urgency and staff completely indifferent to the customer experience.

It feels less like a café and more like a poorly run fast-food experiment. The entire workflow appears broken. Pretty Location Horrible Experience .

Employees have attitude problems. Instead of 2 shots they only added one to my Americano and when I asked her to make another one she said I am busy and gave me attitude. Shame on Starbucks. This location used to be good but now new kids don’t know how to make stuff and talk to customers.

This is the 2nd time , I ordered a matcha and is this really light color and you can’t barely taste the matcha. If you running out of matcha powder. At least let the customers know. I’ve ordered from other Starbucks stores and it does not look like this. I paid $ 7 + for this.
