Great Starbucks location! The store is clean, well-organized, and has a nice atmosphere. Staff are friendly, fast, and always welcoming. Orders are prepared quickly and accurately, even during busy hours. Good spot to grab coffee on the go or sit down for a bit. Definitely one of the better Starbucks locations in the area.

This location was great and really friendly! As a former barista, I know how overwhelming it can be during rush, but the barista who helped me was super kind and knowledgeable. I just remember she had black hair and I think her name started with an L or something. But she was great, the team was fast, and when I’m in town, this is my preferred Starbucks spot.

I am officially retracting my last update because I don’t think it’s fair to judge this team based on one bad morning. While there was a recent issue with a long wait and quality, it really isn’t a reflection of the great service I usually receive here. I want to give a huge thank you to Vicky and the rest of the team for all their help and consistency in the past. We love getting our employee travelers here and appreciate the hard work!

I have visited many Starbucks locations, and this is by far the worst one.
Every time I order coffee here, it takes an unreasonable amount of time to prepare. The espresso is poured into the cup and then sits there for several minutes while the barista walks away. The milk is prepared separately and much later, resulting in a drink that is no longer fresh or properly made.
When I politely asked an employee to prepare the drink correctly, I was told that “at Starbucks, espresso doesn’t die and can sit as long as needed.” I have never heard such a statement at any other location. The response felt dismissive and unprofessional. I was then asked, in a rude tone, whether I wanted a refund.
Customers are paying premium prices and expect basic service and respect. Unfortunately, this location consistently fails to deliver both.
