Every needs a little Starbucks in their lives! Nice little location! Staff is very friendly and fast and the coffee is fresh and hot! Facility is clean and kept which is a plus too! Being as it is by all offices and hotels it is nice they can handle high customer traffic and still keep the location clean and orderly. Will be back for sure!

So I walked in with my daughter and I showed the young lady my phone and asked her if she could please duplicate a strawberry crunch drink from TikTok she asked me if she could put her twist to it and I said sure I trust you go for it…the young lady made me my most favorite drink ever…since this day I have visited 4 other Starbucks and not one person has come close to what she served me…. I had ordered through the app and went through the drive-through in the evening (around 8pm) to let them know I was here to pick up. No one was answering, so I drove up to the pick up window and saw the cashier on her phone. She looked at me and went right back on her phone until finally minutes later, hung up the phone and asked me what I wanted.
I think this employee needs a class on customer service focusing on you do not ignore and make customers wait when you are on a personal phone call. I am a regular and tip generously because I appreciate good service, but likewise have to call out when I experience terrible customer service. This is my only advice to the owner.

Every time I come here I usually order take out using their app or sometimes I go to their drive thru. Their Frappuccinos are very good. Fresh and tasty. Staff is friendly and attentive. And service is fairly quick. Their reward program is great and they send you different offers weekly.

This may very well be the worst Starbucks in the area.
A customer cannot rely on the store being open. A few days ago, I entered, sat down to drink my coffee( as I swatted flies from my head) and within a minute of sitting down was told ” Sorry we are closing the store”. Seriously? And, when you sold me the coffee 50 seconds earlier, you didn’t think to tell me ” Before you spend your money , we are closing”?
I was told ” You are free to sit outside”. Great I was ” free to sit outside” without a ladies room, in the rain.
I don’t get it; there are times they store is full of nothing but staff members not on shift- yet when it comes to reporting for their shift they don’t? So, they only hang out there, but don’t work?
There are flies in the store; there have been for weeks. Food is stocked on a shelf outside the bathrooms. Allow me to repeat that: in this store which is infested with flies, they KEEP THE FOOD OUTSIDE THE BATHROOM.
If it is possible to be a worse experience I am confident these people will achieve it.
Go to another store. Even Greg’s store on 184th and Pines with the pothead brigade is better than this store.

Got treated like I was a nobody wanted something simple as a cup of hot water. Spoke to manager Alice Her response was it’s a liability you might throw the hot water at me my response are you serious I don’t suffer from no mental or psychiatric issues. That was totally wrong to come at me like that and sucking her teeth during the conversation. I acknowledge that I am a Starbucks member I spent money with that store throughout the week. After being disrespected I don’t feel comfortable supporting this store never again. I’m law abiding citizen I deserve respect.

This Starbucks is very quick. I order on the app for pickup and it’s always ready when I walk in. Everyone is very friendly and always greeted when i walk into the store. My drinks are always made correctly. Thank you to all the staff for your great service with a smile. Everyone is very pleasant.

I came here early in the morning on my way to work. I was going to go through the drive-thru, but it was too long for me. So I decided to go inside. Friendly staff, everybody greets you when you walk in inside. I placed my order, and it was ready in 2 minutes if that. My food and drink were hot. Overall, I was happy with my visit. I was in and out. No line, no wait. I would recommend this location to others. Also, nice and clean:-)
