This Starbucks restaurant is very unsanitary. The tables and chairs are greasy and crumbs are everywhere. The bathrooms smell nuclear and were all clogged in both the girls and boys bathrooms. The employees were rude and judgmental and didn’t fill my drink up to the top. I also asked for a large and gave/charged me for an Xtra large. Yet they still didn’t fill it up all the way. Asked for a water gave me the smallest size possible. Go to the other one in cocoa beach

I usually don’t write negative reviews, but my experience at this Starbucks was incredibly frustrating. The girl who took my order was very nice and helpful, but the guy who made my drink was rude and unprofessional. I waited 15 minutes for my drink, while people who came after me were served right away. When I asked about my order, he huffed and then handed me a small drink instead of the large I ordered. When I pointed out that I had paid for a large, he claimed he gave me a small because they weren’t charging me. I showed him my receipt proving I had paid full price, but he seemed annoyed and reluctantly handed me another small drink, telling me my order was now “complete.” The level of disrespect and poor service was unbelievable. I’ve never had such a negative experience at a Starbucks before, and I will definitely not be returning to this location.

My sister and I love to walk there and get a beverage when on vacation. Today the young guy who waited on us was fantastic. He helped us decide what to drink. Then he spoke so highly of the baked goods that we decided we needed to try one. He was not wrong. The Apple croissant was delicious! He mentioned he was new to the team. We told him he was doing great and we appreciated him. He was working with another young man who was also kind. Thanks for a great experience. I would recommend.

Stopped in here to grab a hot drink after returned some board rentals – the place is clean, prices are high – pretty standard for a starbucks. Service was total crap – the girl who waited on us was about as friendly and personable as a dirty dishrag. She basically just plopped everyone’s drinks out onto the counter in no particular order and without announcing anyone’s name or what the order was – and then my daughter had ordered a chai latte but she made her a regular latte, which we didn’t discover until we were halfway home (because it took that long to cool down sufficiently to taste) – so she wasn’t even able to drink the stupid overpriced drink she ordered. Will not visit this location again.

I gave a 5 stars not only because Starbucks has the best hot chocolate, but because I came in around 4ish and there was only two workers killing it. Yes,there was a line and I waited a bit for my items but the two ladies kept it moving trying to get the orders done with being kind even though they were under pressure. And I believe that they should be recognized for doing the absolute best!

Lived around this area for years. Have ordered the same drink for the past 5 years. Today the cup was a quarter empty. I asked the Barista Austin if he could add a little extra soy milk to my two drinks. He said “sorry that’s an up charge” after I had abraded added the soy milk option on my app as I do every single day. I told him I’ve ordered this drink for years and never seen it this low, he offered me ice instead. He was very rude and unwelcoming. Very surprised Starbucks would have an employee like him as this is the first time I have ever had an unpleasant experience at a Starbucks.
