I was really disappointed with my recent order. I got a shaken espresso, but it wasn’t shaken at all — it just tasted like everything was poured in without mixing. On top of that, I specifically asked for whole milk, but they used creamer instead. I also requested a flat lid and was given a regular one. The drink itself was okay in taste, but it just wasn’t what I asked for. It’s frustrating when simple instructions aren’t followed, especially when you’re looking forward to something made your way.

This Starbucks has ruined other Starbucks for me. Either there is someone in this shop who was born to make drinks or the training is just different here. Whatever the case may be, any time I try something at this Starbucks it’s happiness in a cup where the clouds part and angelic voices sing…and when I order the same drink at any other Starbucks, it’s just…meh.

After lunch with my family on a recent trip to Orlando, my sister said she wanted an iced tea at this Starbucks. We parked and entered and got comfortable seats by the front door with small six-sided tables for each comfortable chair.
The coffees were standard, but my sister’s tea was special and generous.
There are four side tables, each with two wooden seat chairs, and one long table in the center of the large room with extra-tall ceiling with about a dozen high chairs, mainly occupied by people with laptops or phones and books.
The place is very clean and outside are several outdoor tables and chairs, sheltered from the sun by umbrellas. There is ample parking and landscaping of palms and other plants.

My drink came out so good and it actually looked the way it was supposed to. Usually if the color is off, I just know the drink is not gonna be 10/10. Whoever made this drink has really good hands at making drinks! Troy or Roy at the window (I don’t remember their name), was very nice and kept conversation.
The only thing is usually when I come here they take a crazy amount of time to make drinks in the drive through.
