Traveling from Pensacola, found two Starbucks on S Ferdon blvd each side of I-10 on the maps, the other location seemed more promising because it was hard to tell this location was real, but chose this location for convenience. So it seemed this one was new and we got coffee and breakfast as we needed. Good service.

I sat down at one of the tables next to the wall by the long bench seats. Right off the bat you notice that the tables are very low. It seems they are lower than normal. If you try to put your elbows on the table, you hunch over! Not very comfortable. Also, you can’t even find an outlet for a laptop! I bent down to find them, they are right underneath the front of the bench but you cannot see the plug when you’re sitting down! You have to contort your body to find it or feel for it. Fortunately, I just happened to sit at the table in front of the main wall outlet so I used that one and that was limited by having only one spot to plug in. Maybe their intention is for you NOT to sit down. Update: with more checking around I realized the tables are fine. It’s the bench seating that is too high. The benches are secured to the floor slightly higher which causes you to hunch over. There’s no need to raise the benches up. They can be secured to each other and they won’t go anywhere. Very strange. Oh, and the cheese trio sux.

I am not sure where the bad reviews are coming from, guess you can’t please everyone… Anyways I almost went to the old one but decided to give this one a shot even though it wasn’t on the way and I am so glad I did. I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frappuccino with strawberry purée on the bottom and the top — kind of random, but honestly it worked. The chocolate and strawberry combo tasted like a throwback dessert in the best way. Everyone was so polite and super fast. Sad I forgot to take a picture.

Good morning, I will start with the fact that since this location opened it has quickly become my favorite. My caramel Ribbon Crunch is always amazing from her and generally I have nothing but the best experience. The opportunity that I ran into this morning with a young lady named Elle was a new one for me and caught me off guard. No one at this location has ever asked me not to smoke in their drive thru. If they had asked I would have politely refrained. However, this morning I was informed that I had been told several times not to (I haven’t) and I was also informed that I would not be served the next time I did. As a Gm of food service I usually refrain from leaving poor reviews. Everyone has bad days and working with the public is not easy. I just felt that you should know that approaching customers with a certain attitude is not always what is needed. Why not ask if someone has said anything to me about it instead of threatening me with no service? Just curious is all. I probably will go back to getting my Starbucks from the store closer to my job. Have a pleasant day and treat others the way you would want to be treated!!!

I swear, walking into Starbucks feels like stepping into a cozy caffeine-powered universe. The smell alone could solve 90% of my problems. The baristas? Literal beverage magicians. I hand them my tired, semi-coherent order and they hand me a cup of liquid happiness. Starbucks is the reason I function, the reason I smile at strangers, and the reason I believe in good things. If loving Starbucks this much is wrong, I don’t want to be right.

I have found the drink!!!! the holy grail of caffeine, the crown jewel of the Starbucks menu… the Brown Sugar Oat milk Shaken Espresso with Strawberry Cold Foam. First sip? Instant butterflies. The brown sugar gives warm, caramel-y nostalgia, the oat milk makes it silky and dreamy, and then…THEN the strawberry cold foam hits like a sweet little cloud of happiness floating down from heaven. #maincharactermoment
