I normally have a great experience at this Starbucks, but today my order was unfortunately incorrect. I ordered a pecan latte with six shots of espresso, but the drink I received tasted more like flavored milk it may have only had one shot in it. It was also extremely sweet, to the point that it was undrinkable.
I don’t usually have issues here, but when I’m paying $14 for a coffee, I do expect the order to be made correctly.

I was out for a walk with three Starbucks gift cards in my pocket. I was pretty thirsty and I wanted to find a seat and check my phone before I ordered my coffee. I asked for a water and the cashier refused to give me one. She said that I’d have to purchase something. So I bought the cheapest thing on the menu, gave it to the cashier to have or give away. Then I walked on. This particular Starbucks is one of the ones that went on strike and caused a shutdown affecting many of us negatively. I do enjoy most Starbucks, but this one continues to more than disappointment.

am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit to your store. I came in to order something I get regularly — double blended ice. I have received this many times before with no issues at all. However, during this visit, the night manager told me he was “unable” to do it and that he would have to charge it as a mixed drink, even though I wasn’t ordering a mixer. I even suggested that he could simply add a little water and blend it, the same way other employees have done in the past.
Instead of helping, he made the situation unnecessarily difficult and spoke to me in a very rude and dismissive manner. I was shocked, especially from someone in a leadership position. I’m pregnant, and sometimes I specifically crave the ice from Starbucks — plus, I’ve always appreciated the good customer service I normally receive. This experience was the total opposite.
What should have been a simple request turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable encounter. I truly hope this issue is addressed, as no customer should be treated this way, especially over something so small and easily handled.

Spent my own hard earned money to get some coffee through a mobile order, only to pull up and the employees were on strike. I definitely won’t return to this Starbucks. Tetherball down the street has better coffee anyways.

I arrived at this store at 4:25am to purchase the holiday items the store is not busy 1 car in drive thru i as I sit and wait 10 min I asked for help I offered to even pay for the item then come back once the item is unpacked ISA told me no he doesn’t know if they have it I said is it not listed on the inventory manifest he said yes it there but would not ring me up I asked well can you open the BOXES CLEARLY MARKED HOLIDAY 2025 HE said NO instead he proceeds to grab water cups straws, can drinks while a customer is here to make a purchase I just sit and wait it is now 5:22am he still has not touched 1 holiday box this is poor customer service at its best and the lack of service at a store is frequent daily is mind baffling considering NEVER MAKING A STARBUCKS PURCHASE EVER AGAIN

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location. I was finishing my purchase, putting my change and gift card into my bag, and politely saying goodbye to the cashier when another employee abruptly interrupted and said, “Sorry, we’re closed.”
I was already checked out and actively moving toward exiting the store. There was no reason to interrupt me mid-sentence or speak to me that way. It came across as unnecessarily rude and dismissive.
Being told “we’re closed” while you’re literally ending a transaction and about to leave the store is not appropriate customer service. Because of this interaction, I will not be returning to this location. When I got inside my car and checked the time it said 9:02 pm.

Its always something with this location. Either they’re on strike, causing the store to close for days a time —- or today when I come up, they’re in-store cafe is closed, after which I only found out because they’re mobile ordering system is deactivated. There is no consistency at this location in terms of their availability. The staff is nice , but maybe poor management in terms of why this particular cafe always has some issues?

I used to work at Starbucks years ago so I am very understanding when it comes to a lot of stuff. When I worked at Starbucks this location had a bad reputation for never making drinks right and now years later I happen to live right by this location so it’s super convenient to hit it on my way going anywhere. To this day EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO they never make my drink right. I start ordering it how it comes to make it really simple for them and still they won’t even shake the refreshers which is a very basic task PER STARBUCKS POLICY. It takes a lot to make me write a bad review but I am so frustrated I have bagged and begged this location to simply shake my drink per the recipe and still every time they don’t do it. I have gone to another location right down the road to have it fixed and even they told me years later that location still has a bad reputation of not making drinks right. It’s really unfortunate and honestly unacceptable. You can clearly tell if it’s been shaken or not bc if it has there is visible bubbles. Today they tried to hand it to me completely still and flat and I asked if she could shake it. She had the audacity to swirl it in her hand right inside the window and try and hand it back. I had to specify no can you shake it in the shaker per the recipe. And with an attitude they finally did it. It’s a constant battle. It’s so frustrating I could pull my hair out. I’m paying $5-$7 for a drink the LEAST THEY COULD DO IS MAKE IT HOW STARBUCKS TELLS THEM TOO. I’m literally not even ordering any accommodations just a basic how it comes drink.
