Got a couple of the pastries, always delicious. My daughter got a hot chocolate and I the white mocha. However I’m pretty sure I got hot milk instead. They did not give me white mocha at all , so disappointing.

My drinks come out great, but the customer service here has been less than stellar. People should smile or greet you when you come in. I feel like that’s a pretty important part of the experience. Today, 11-26-25, everyone at 10:45 this morning was acting completely grumpy behind the counter. Not one word to a customer, no smiling, no greeting. No one looked up when someone came in.

We messed up our ordering our order, and without a hassle they helped us without charging us double for anything or giving us the run around. They were also out of something I use regularly for my drink and they gave me a few options and help me chose the best next match. Wonderful and mindful! We definitely appreciate them and all their hard work!
