I came to visit my husband’s hometown for the first time! Im not going to lie, it was a bit of a culture shock here. But ever since I got into town and I stopped at this starbucks, the consistency of the service and their products have been specatucular. Better service than ive received in the west coast! Today i stopped for coffee and a few hours later I walked in for a refresher. I hadn’t walked in until today. I was greeted right away. I have to express my gratitude for this team. They have exceeded all of my expectations for service. To learn there is currently no manager in this location and to see how fantastically it is operating with the team they currently have is astonishing.
Fatima, Jajuan, Stephanie, Aliyaj, Cassidy and Summer W. , you all made my trip to Georgia amazing. Thank you all kindly for your service and wonderful hospitality. Keep up the fantastic work, thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Im a native Moultrie Ga resident but I’ve been gone a very long time due to military and Im back to celebrate my birthday and family… firstly call me biased but im am very familiar with starbucks and their service….. but this was different all together. I did not expect the service, hospitality, comfort and care I received from this establishment. They completely threw my bias out the window and made this starbucks my go to. I hate that I have to head back out and miss out on this service I know I won’t get elsewhere. Thats the Southern hospitality Ive grown to know all my life and miss. Thank you for giving me a sure thing a sure spot when im home.. I can’t hype them up more but it meant so much I have to include all members on shift that day. The service is horrible!! I got out because the drive through line was long and to get in and still have to wait. I didn’t have a problem with waiting but my problem was the fact that a person came in after me and got her drink before me and she ordered 5 mins after me. The brewer close to the cash register was making drinks for both drive through and the lobby customer and the other two were making drinks taking their poor time! I do understand being short staff but I don’t understand that they don’t care about customer service! I literally left out without my drink and a refund! If you want something to go down bring it to Moultrie!!! I waited literally 15 minutes and still left WITHOUT drinks!!!

Easily the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I only come when I visit family and they get EVERY order wrong. Too much syrup, too much milk/cream, milk is steamed wrong, espresso grind is badly calibrated too fine (tastes burnt). I baffles the mind that it could be so bad so consistently ever since they’ve opened.

I normally get a chai latte and I ordered one tonight and however instead I got cup of boiling water with a tea bag. No foam and very very strange. I had to get to work but seriously! I don’t want a refund I just don’t want something to that extreme to happen

I love Starbucks but they really made me mad tonight in Moultrie pulled up to get a peppermint mocha they say they are out mocha to make a drink so we ask what about the double cookie crumble she said all our drinks takes mocha what the heck we get so we left they don’t want to make it bc of veterans day Yall gunna lose money and people if yall keep acting like this yall should have had sign out if yall didn’t want to make mocha I won’t be going back to this location for awhile

August 31st, 2025, my husband and I had a social meet at Starbucks in Moultrie, GA. I ordered an Anericano-Medium (I do not speak Starbucks, I do not know the correct lingo). The coffee was AMAZING! It was the best Americano, I have had in a very long time. I’m not of the Boogie/Uppity Class, so entering was extremely anxiety filled! There was no ‘Order Here’ sign, or ‘Pick-up Here’ area. The gentleman that took my order was helpful. Bless his heart, he was patient with me. It was well known this was my 1st Starbucks visit. After my order was taken, I waited in the same area I ordered. No one directed me where to wait; there was no seat available, I was nervous. The coffee was amazing…LOVE IT! The service was extremely non-verbal/non-communicable. Not necessary a bad vibe, it’s scene not for someone as ‘down-to-earth’ and ‘Southern’ as I am. The atmosphere is filled with anxiety, no directions, no employee/customer communication. I was very uncomfortable. However this is MY personal experience. Others may enjoy this type of scene, and I applaud you. On an EXTREME good note, the note on the cup “you matter”, was a bright touch!
