Passing through on the way to see my grandkids and had to leave this review because of my good experience. This is a great Starbucks and Nathan is very kind. Great job. I tried a Christmas Blend coffee that he suggested and enjoyed it. I got to learn a lot about it.

Ordered a plain large coffee– there was a short line for drive through but I figured it would be faster coming inside but they had to brew a new pot. I didn’t realize they were out of plain coffee when I ordered.
I would recommend keeping at least one drip coffee half full at all times. The amount of food waste is negligible compared to the time inconvenience of a customer who may be on their way to an appointment/formation.
Otherwise clean, quiet, plenty of parking on a Friday afternoon.

Starbucks of BelAir Road in Augusta, GA is wonderful! Staff were very friendly and my drink was prepared in a very timely manner. The atmosphere of the store is very warm and welcoming in general!

Definitely should’ve got their names but I went this morning 12/22 around 730 am to ask for cream in my coffee that I purchased at the Bobby J location and the 2 that helped me, a young girl and guy were extremely friendly. Very appreciative on this Monday before Christmas ❤️❄️

Sometimes I take a drive to this Starbucks because the Starbucks near my home, the service is awful. Despite reaching out to Starbucks corporate very little has changed, the associates at that one just don’t care. But this location seems to be much better. The atmosphere is great, and the associates seem to care with a smile.
