I decided against my better judgment to venture out on the motorcycle today with rain in the forecast. I ended up at Starbucks on Vernon Rd. ‘DJ’ brought out my egg, pesto and mozzarella sandwich and coffee on a ceramic plate and coffee cup. I felt as if I was at home. Soon after the sky opened up and it began to rain. I was dry and comfortable. The rain finally subsided and I was on the road again. Thank again ‘DJ’

I went to get a drink on my way to school and my server (paisley) was more than perfect. The young lady was very polite and offered to remake my order even though the mistake was small. Paisley definitely deserves 5 stars. There is another employee ( Dixie) that was also really sweet. Though I was not being served by her, Dixie interacted with me and was polite the entire time.

Can’t seem to get orders correct, have had incorrect orders multiple times. They ask for tip by pushing a machine out the window saying “ it’s going to ask you a question” before you get your order. Maybe it’s just LaGrange franchise management. Seems a lot of franchises in this area can’t seem to run their locations with all around quality service except for Chic-fil-a.

If you think about Starbucks, you have this expectation. However, this store was pretty awful. They definitely need more training and they try to argue with customer even though they made wrong drink.(I had to open the app and tell them that they made wrong drink. It was not even customized drink just ordinary drink that I always order from other Starbucks stores.)

Ordered a café latte and a cappuccino both grande size, they were filled maybe 2/3 of the cup. It has never happened before so I was shocked at how light the cup was. Extremely disappointed. Window worker was nice at least. I don’t think I’ll be back.

At the drive through the attendant sticks the card reader out the window and says “answer the question “. The question is how much are you going to tip. No please or thank you just the inference of “answer the damn question and it better be with a tip”
I am old school and believe that service should be provided before a tip is earned. And I believe it is incumbent that especially a restaurant should adhere to a standard of cleanliness. This location almost never wipes the outdoor counter down and during pollen season it becomes yellow and dirty.
Demanding tips in a surly voice and attitude with the order passed across a dirty counter is not a way to win customer loyalty and it surely makes me tip less not more.

Pretty yummy! Definitely a “treat” because I spent 27$ on 4 drinks, but they were yummy, the order was right, the service was mostly good, (even though I felt like I was being guilted to tip), and I got my drinks fast. We like the summer refreshers. They are tasty and esthetically pleasing.

I dont know what the issue is here, but Ive been to this location 3 times, ordered thru the app so there is no confusion on my order. All 3 times the order was off. First time I asked for NO ice. They filled my coffee with ice. I didnt have time to wait for a remake or I would be late for work. Second time, they didnt put honey in my drink. Third time, they didnt put sugar free vanilla syrup and the guy at the window tells me next time to stop at the order box before coming to the window(even though nobody was in the drive thru and I was just picking up my order), when I was told the time before I didnt need to stop there, just pull up. Which is it?

I come here often because I love the space. It’s a nice environment to sit and get some work done. But the drinks just do not taste good. It doesn’t matter what you order. They just all taste bad. If I just need a drink, i always go to the Starbucks on Lafayette. I would only come here if I needed a place to sit to get some stuff done.
