I have been to many Starbucks in my life of 70 years all over the world…This Starbucks has extraordinary consistent quality and thoughtful service. There are 3 people especially, over the years, that I call the “A” team at this store: Raven, Rachel, and Karen. Not to say the other employees there aren’t great, but these 3 have gone beyond just serving me as a regular customer, rather they have become friends…making me feel comfortable as I sit in their store and read early in the mornings. Beside their products, which are excellent, how Im treated when I come in the door…makes my experience there something I actually look forward to as I begin my day! Thank you A Team!!!

Pulled in to order and when I got to the screen there was an error message that said “source error HDMI output” I waited to see if anyone would greet me and no one did. I finally said “hello” and no one answered so I just pulled around to order at the window. Before I pulled up to the window the car in front of me had their order wrong so it was sent back to be made again. I waited through that and when they left I pulled up and said my order, expecting them to have known the issue with the kiosk.

The person said he wasn’t aware of their screen being down and said he had an order actually coming in now. So he then asked me to pull around and re-order. I asked him if it was possible if I could just place my order at the window and pull forward since there was a line, and it has only continued to accumulate even more. He asked his manager and the manager said no, and then came to the window and said I didnt wait long enough and there was no error. I waited over 30 seconds with complete silence after that I said “hello” to have no response even longer. That’s when I pulled forward fully thinking it was a known problem.

Definitely think a little more could have been done then asking me to pull around to wait in a long line I already waited in when they got the car ahead of me order wrong. Not to mention the manager (whoever was working Oct 21st at around 1:40) I think her name was Ashley maybe? Was super rude and condescending, implying I made up that there was an error message. What exactly would I stand to gain to make that up for?

This will definitely be my last time visiting this Starbucks. This isn’t even the first time I have had issues with this one in particular, they’re often out of things and have gotten my order wrong in the past and obviously even today with the car that was ahead of me. Sigh. Would definitely suggest a revamp of management. Most Starbucks are super nice to their customers. :

I work at a local business nearby and frequently stop here for morning coffee, but a recent experience with Sarah was highly unprofessional. After a small joke about mixology and asking who could make me the best cup of tea, her response was overly snarky (like a bad valley girl impersonation) and gave me an ‘unneeded bad attitude.’ I was aware that I do not look well today because I am under the weather and and had a rasp to my voice, hence the visit for a strong cup of tea. Perhaps she thinks I was drunk or on drugs. Actually I don’t know why she targeted me in a nearly empty establishment.
I was prepared to leave a $50 holiday tip for the entire crew, but because of her behavior and horrific lack of a sense of humor; I elected to give the entire amount to Rick. He went above and beyond to prepare the drink perfectly and salvaged what would have been a bridge-burning experience. I could have potentially fired back with some childish comment about her weight or horrible hairstyle but elected to reserve any retaliation due to maturity. While I may still want to visit for Rick’s service, Sarah’s attitude is a major deterrent for me. I will now need to consider the new establishment across the street and hopes that they treat their customers a little bit better even if their jokes are corny or sound a little stupid. I’m a goofy guy and there’s no way she can misconstrue that I was kidding for flirting or trying to be creepy in any way shape or form. Young, pudgy, and self-absorbed is not my type. Thank again Rick! By the way, I’m not hitting on you either sir. lol

I’ve been in ATL for vacation and have come here pretty much every day. The staff has been so nice and the drinks always come out quick! We had one issue once and it was instantly corrected (and honestly it wasn’t really even an issue). We ordered and ran out but they have plenty of seating to get work done or catch up with friends. You’ll get the full Starbucks experience here.
