This Starbucks is alot better than the one in West Rome. The taste to me is way better. Also the staff are super friendly. If I dine in or go through drive thru, the staff have always been more friendlier than the West Rome Starbucks. They keep it clean & the service has always been exceptional. By far the best Starbucks in all of Rome

My first time back at this location in a year. They finally restaffed this location.. unfortunately still rude unprofessional employee ASHLEY looks to be a manager there who has no care for customer service and likes to make rude jesters towards paying customers.. if place a order and it’s wrong that’s not my fault you have to remake the drink. But for some reason she feels customers should pay for whatever they give us. No Starbucks acts this way so I know it’s not instructions from the owner to act this way. This is why the other location on turner mcall will always do way more business then they will. I am stuck going to scooters coffee shop if I am on shorter looking for decent service.. maybe one day this location can get back to the Starbucks standard an move all the cocky rude managers out like Ashley so the other employees don’t get tainted by her poor customer service skills. So I have a injured back so my husband always picks up my order in his name, when he went to pick up my order around 4pm on October 1st there was a barista that made my order which he made my drink wrong but I didn’t even complain about it and let it go but it’s the way he talked to my husband and he slammed my drink down on the counter and was very rude, u should treat your customers that way!! Anyways I recommend not going to this location bc they dk what there doing and there very rude

This location is horrible. I have visited many times since I am local and have tried my hardest to like this location. The wait times are unreal every time I visit. I have to plan out at least 20 minutes in the drive thru every time I go. When I get to the window, my drink is cold if I ordered a hot drink. And when I order an iced coffee, my drink is watered down and tastes disgusting. They are often times sold out of common drinks as well. The only good thing about this location is that the employees are very kind.

We went thru the drive-through and just ordered drinks but the cashier was very friendly as we waited for our order. She apologized a couple of times because of the wait but that is to be expected (it wasn’t a long wait by any means). Great job on the drinks and Custer service with a smile. We will go back.

Perfect! Phoenix is a fantastic employee! She always has a smile, outgoing, courteous, responsive, and always makes sure the customer is 100% completely satisfied! Drink was made perfectly as always! Love this location. Even the manager was helping to clean!! Love when the team works together!
