After drinking tea here last week I remembered why I don’t frequent Starbucks anymore. The employees simply “expect ” customers to know the unique system for each store: where should I go to place an order? Will my order be brought to my table? Some employees (not this one) write your name on the cup and call your name. Others (this one) left our order on a counter until we figure out that quite a bit of time had passed. The weight is on the customer to just “know” that.
It was simply awkward and the employees didnt engage with us nor provide any simple instructions.
Little things make a big difference…maybe the managers should visit a mom and pop coffee shop to be reminded of this.
Just another reminder of why I SO infrequently visit Starbucks!

Love this Starbucks!!! They are not all equal in terms of staffing. The staff here are professional and efficient. So friendly and customer service driven. It’s why it gets 5 stars easily as it is so great to be here!!! Fantastic job!

I’m known as the guy who cannot live without a cup of coffee in the morning, afternoon, and night. In the mornings I hop over to Starbucks and get me an espresso or cold brew. Every time it has consistently been really good and I applaud the service and baristas! This location is a great Starbucks!

Great people, but in every good group there’s always the one piece of spoiled fruit that ruins the bunch. This guy gets pissy with me when I tell him that I don’t want ice in my drink. He argues with me and tells me that he can’t make it without ice because it won’t shake…. I said “sure you can, just don’t add the ice, shake it up, and put it in the cup.” I attached the picture of what he handed me…. Attitude included at no charge.

Drive thru staff is Very knowledgeable and a 5 star in being very helpful they suggested the iced pumpkin latte and it is off the chain by far my favorite now

This Waffle House was busy, and we had to wait about 10 min to get a table. Olivia was our waitress, and she was . The food was great. One of my best Waffle House experiences ever. Thanks Olivia.
